very nicely furnished restaurant with good food and service. i had the sushi combo which was 6 pieces of nigiri and a california roll. fresh and well made stuff. service was very good for a lunch meal, unobtrusive but all drinks and needs satisfied. will repeat.

very good restaurant. excellent atmosphere and service. teriyaki chicken was great, but not as authentic as i had hoped. spicy tuna/shrimp tempura roll was good, but could have been spicier.

outstanding neighborhood sushi spot. the food is fresh, the restaurant is clean, the chefs and staff are always courteous and professional.

ai is right around the corner, which i also enjoy as they too babe excellent sushi, but sushi o sushi just has a different, perhaps more welcoming feel to me.

i highly recommend this restaurant if you're in south springs and have a craving for some good sush. oh! they also have an extensive selection of other foods, sampling vietnamese dishes as well.

the sushi here is amazing! it seems like a hole-in-the-wall, but don't be fooled by the exterior! the sushi is to die for! be sure to get the deep-fried banana tempura sushi! it sounds crazy, but it is soooo yummy!

as a sushi lover i cannot give this place more than an average review. the service was quick and friendly but i must rate the food as just ok. it wasn't bad just not very flavorful.

there were a limited number of rolls, one which the fish tasted like plastic. the place is empty for a reason and we won't be going back. the only good thing about the sushi i sushi was paying the bill and leaving.

sushi o boy!. my wife and i went there on our first time away from our baby. she had been craving it since she couldn't eat it while pregnant and we were not disappointed. the presentation was lovely. the service was friendly. the food was excellent! if i want sushi again i will definitely consider this first even though we live in the north part of town.

best sushi i've ever had. mr. lee is an excellent sushi chef and did not disappoint me with any of the nigiri he served. the flying fish was fantastic as was the otoro (fatty tuna). i highly recommend. don't be dissuaded by the exterior i wish i loved locally so i could go more often!

skimpy on serving . their galbi 13$ but in reality they just serve 2 piece of short rib that they decorated amd placed on a big plate which cost almost 3 bucks and a cup of little amount of rice that they put on a fancy rice bowl. spent 50 bucks for dinner for two and left still hungry and also they fill up the sushi with fillers such as fake crab meat and avocado all in all they are really pricy

best sushi in soco.. great service!. i met mr. lee in pueblo, and have been going to him for my "sushi fix" when i am in colorado. i travel on a regular basis and i contact him at the restaurant when i am going to be in town. his staff is very friendly, the restaurant is clean, and my meals have always been very enjoyable and tasty. i am from california, and the sushi here is just as good.

has great things going for it. sushi is a hard pick in colorado springs. even with roughly 40 restaurants that claim to serve it in this city, i think only 10 would stand out in anybody's mind. well sushi o sushi should be considered one of those.

their location leaves much to be desired. on one hand, they're close to the upper crust of the broadmoor region, while on the other, they're near the slums of fort carson. i talked to a waitress there and asked her about the dispersion of tips that she gets. you take a guess as to which class tips better.

but being in uniform that day myself, i decided to show them that we're not all cheapskates. although i was by myself and it was 2 in the afternoon (nobody else was there), i received world class service and even some friendly banter with the owner, my sushi chef. he was an incredibly nice guy who even went as far as to ensure each roll i got was gluten free, which was a kick i was going on to try and self-diagnose the cause of a recent outbreak of hives.

the rolls i received were wonderful, full of flavor everywhere without the need for sauces that might just cover up the natural flavors of the simple ingredients. i was happy to see he also had plenty of unique fish cuts and kinds that you normally wouldn't find in other sushi places. so i plan on getting some on one of my more adventurous days.

but all in all, i give this place two thumbs up for the cheerful, friendly service and the wonderful sushi. it's a stand-up place.
