have thrown my daughter's 2nd birthday from here. all things were discussed with mr alok jaiswal (wrong person, do not belongs to this place, but number is mentioned for enquiries), about menu and arrangements. it was instructed by him clearly that they have al-a carte system (serve on oder basis, no previous arrangement). later at the end, we have had our all the orders which i have mentioned them, but strange thing was that they asked for full money for the things we have not ordered. actually before coming to therestauranthave given a rough estimate of the items which we will eat during party. but as it was a-la carte so there was nothing to worry as what you will order they will serve and charge for that only. however, we have informed them in well in advance that we will not need full items as per my given estimated ordered list. but they didn't agreed on that, without serving all items they were forcefully asking for the full money.
one fooling part was that as per them all items which i have informed earlier were ready but have taken 45 - 50 mins to serve on the table. so it means they were preparing before serving and nothing was pre ready as per a-la carte case, because at the time of billing when asked for the ready things to pack and give us, they were not ready actually....
hence be aware before coming to this restaurant, as a suggestion directly go to therestaurantand order there to avoid such nuisance at the end while billing.

over all:
ambience - nice
quality of food - good
customer service - pathetic (because they do not serve if you will conduct party and need to collect directly from the kitchen)

my personal advice pls pls do not give them pre order list as all will be charged on a-la carte basis and do not have separate menu, which will help in enjoying your party instead of these things.

thisrestauranthas never failed to amaze me with its delicious food items. the fried rice and manchurian are worth trying. the best part of this place is that it never fails to serve its customers in the best possible way. today i received wrong food parcel
but as soon as i went there and narrated the whole matter to the person in the counter, he immediately requested me to wait for 5 minutes and he literally provided me with my order very soon. this humble and kind gesture really made my day.. :-)

rice quantity is very less but taste is very good in fried rice and chilli paneer combo.goodrestaurantin our city.i like it.i will order again.

home delivery of sunrise special pizza quality is very poor and there is a great difference when you visit at sunriserestaurantto eat sunrise special pizza .

the items available here is good in taste and it's proper hygienic restaurant. i only visit thisrestaurantmany times and whenever and whatever i have been ordered it was good in taste specially #kadhai paneer, #burger, #chole-bhature, #dosa, #chinese and all other things are good in taste and yes after eating you don't realise that you eaten in restaurant. impressive 😊 and satisfactoryrestaurant😇.

once again i visit this place today! it's calm and familyrestaurantwith quite soothing ambience! food is good here and pricing is also not high!

sunrise complex has a supermarket plus arestaurantso it's a nice place to hop in. it's a bit expensive if you are going for shopping only but you'll get a good variety of groceries.

coming onto the food, we ordered a chinese platter which had crispy baby corn, paneer chili, fried rice, and noodles. taste wise it was good but a little overpriced. we also had cold coffee with ice cream. though the cold coffee was regular it tasted so well and was getting a creamy taste.

the interior is very basic. just three rows of table chairs and lcd has been put. you can have food and stay for long and enjoy the movie running on the screen. the staff here is very courteous to let you sit and relax especially on sunday afternoon. had a good experience.
