horrible customer service and no professionalism. i planned a going away dinner for my friend at sugar thai for 35 people, and almost 24 hours before the dinner, after all the necessary preparations had been made, they called and cancelled! i had already came in and selected food for the guests so that it'd be easier on the kitchen, but they still canceled so close to the event! it washorriblecustomer service and an even worse situation to put us in!
