bad experience!. my husband and i orderedfoodfrom there and walked over about 20 minutes later for the food. when we got there it all of a sudden wasn't ready. when we walked back to the office and he opened up, the burger was not even barely cooked. the meat was raw and cold in the middle. i have been with my husband for 5 years and i know he doesn't like any red meat still red on his plate. we walked back over and i told the cashier that i did order it well done, she insisted i didn't, the actual cook can out and took thefoodand replaced it. my office has ordered from there before so i didn't check the cheeseburger before we left. we walked back across the parking lot to my office, my husband opened up the container and the burger was black! i mean the burger was black and overcooked. it was burned to a crisp. he tried to cut it and the knife wouldn't even cut the burger so how the hell did they think a person could eat that? we walked back over and asked for a refund which we did get after the cashier looked at the burger in disgust! i will never order from there again and i recommend you not complain or ask them to give you what you paid for! my entire office has vowed not to return there again!
