food was not good as the meal was delivered 15 minutes earlier than it was ordered to be delivered. the order was placed at a specific time so the food would arrive in time for a lunch break, however the early delivery cause the subs to get cold and they did not taste good at all. when we called the store, the clerk became very rude andstatedthere was nothing they could do, so we spoke with the manager and owner melissa 'ferra'. she was even more rude than the girl we spoke with previously, andstatedshe would not replace or even discount our meal or next meal due to the very poor service we received, not only the food but the awful 'customer service' provided by herself and her employees. i would recommend not going here if you expect bad food you wasted your money on to be replaced.
