absolutely in love. i went there last night andorderedthe greek burger with fries and omg it was to die for. i think it was the best burger i've ever tasted.and also, their portions are huge and the staff was superr friendly. do yourself a favor and try this place! you wont regret it

just bad customer service, and only average/ ok food. the guy on the phone was rude and acted annoyed that i called. said it would be a 2$ delivery charge even though it's only 2.9km away and the website and flyer say free delivery. menu says burgers come with coleslaw.. didn't get any on the side or on the burger.orderedthe nutella pizza and it had barely any nutella. burgers were really light. for 2 burgers (not combos, burgers only) and a small nutella pizza, 30$. not worth it. save your money and go up the street to the works. they don't deliver but at least they are friendly, have quality control of their food, and you get what you paid for.

since moving to ottawa i have been trying out a number of burger joints: bff, the works etc. this place came highly recommended on zomato. the novelty of a stuffed burger intrigued me. iorderedthe pow burger and my partnerorderedthe juicy lucy. we alsoordereda side of poutine. the burgers were mediocre, the meat felt too fatty and the stuffed feature was lacking. there was no lettuce or tomato. mine was supposed to have cheese in it but it felt like there was just pieces of jalapeños. the poutine was by far the poorest rendition of a poutine i have ever tried. the gravy felt like it was out of a box and even though you pay extra for cheese curds... the poutine could not be salvaged.

overall an abysmal experience that will not be repeated. i recommend you don't make the same mistake i did.

my friend and iorderedthe italian sausage calzone (mild), chocoba and onion rings. everything was good i cannot wait to try their stuffed burger. their house garlic sauce is very good! it was worth the drive.

this place is awesome! everything about it really.

myself and friends have been a couple of times. the first time was around the time they opened. weorderedburgers that turned out to be amazing, but for me the real treat is the slaw they put on the burgers, that stuff is heaven and really takes the burger to the next level! i always get the new orleans burger, who would think peanut butter and bacon go with slaw? but it does! so yummy.

more recently we went back and againorderedburgers and really wanted to try the chocoba but hesitated, thinking the burger meals where already to much food so why but the chocoba and waste it? well as we sat waiting and watching our meal being cooked a chocoba magically appeared for us. thank you!

the quality and quantity of food has not changed since the first time i tried them, until most recently.

really friendly and engaging staff, you can tell they love their customers.

wow!. honestly did not know to expect had never reallyorderedburgers before from anywhere. they delivered all the way to centretown.
the food was incredible. stuffed burgers are godly. food arrived quickly and was just like it would get served to you at a restaurant. pro tip: get the coleslaw on your burger!!!!!!

the best kept secret in ottawa.. best place we've been to in a long time. highly suggest you take the time to read my experience with them.

this will be my first review. let's start off with the customer service. it was 3:30 am and they close at 4:00 am. that didn't stop them from greeting us politely and helping us figure out what best suits us for food. he literally got to know us to help suggest stuff. i thought he would rush us out since we came in so late.

iorderedthe stuffed cheese burger and cheese sticks. my boyfriendorderedthe pulled pork sandwich. while waiting we talked about the nutella sitting around and i said i'd make one for my boyfriend in a sarcastic way. sat there for about ten minutes and decided to go grab the car and warm it up. i could see through the window my boyfriend was laughing a lot with the guy who served us (regret not getting his name)
he gets to the car and i didn't even understand his words at first because he was so excited. he finally explained they overheard us talking and made him the nutella and banana pizza like thing for him no charge.

not only was the customer service at 3:30 am one of the best i've received the food was to die for. the burger was stacked high with meat and cheese. the sloppiest yummiest burger. we love the works and this place is definitely up there with them.
the cheese sticks were done to perfection. i drove home, ate my burger and the cheese sticks were still stringy, warm and all the cheese was inside. the pulled pork sandwich had amazing sauce, perfectly cooked meat and the bread was great. not to mention the size of this thing. he has half for lunch tomorrow. the nutella banana crepe was awesome. we've never seen one made like that and the fact that it was free i think made it even better.

overall we are 110% satisfied with this place and are so happy we came across it. we will definitely be regulars there and even though we only ate half our food we have plenty of left overs and are extremely stuffed.

great food,service,quality and price! cant go wrong try it out!. went to check out stuffed burgers tonight and i do not regret my decision! weordereda new orleans burger stuffed with bacon and peanut butter!we also had the blooming oniom and a small chocoba . the staff is great ,very friendly. prices are comparitive to your average chipstand truck serving regular boring burgers.however here you get a delicious stuffed burger perfectly cooked quality beef! the blooming onion is great as well but make sure you have a few people around to finish it off, its a lot. the chocoba was the perfdct sweet pizza! a++++ good job guys!

amazing!!. i recently got the wonderful opportunity to try out stuffed. i was first intrigued by the burgers. my friends and i eachordereda different burger and they were truly all amazing! ever since then, i am now a regular costumer. i've tasted many things on the menu and i can assure you it just keeps getting better better every time you order! the quality is amazing, the owners are fantastic. overall my experience with this restaurant has been nothing but great! truly recommend for everyone to try it out!

always happy. ther customer service is probably their greatest asset although yes, their food is really good. iorderedonline asking for a surprise for my boyfriend because it was his birthday. he was picking up the food and had no idea. they gave him a box and told him not to open it before he got home and wished him a happy birthday when he left. when he got home he opened the box and it was a full chocoba dessert with a birthday message from the staff. they really went the extra mile and deserve to be recognized. even when you simply call them they are so friendly. great food and great people, this place is a must try!

disgusting!. iordereda meat lovers stuffed burger w/ fries. i made it very clear that i did not want coleslaw anywhere on or near my burger, dont even put any in the box. when my order came over an hour later, i opened up the box only to see a massive pile of coleslaw dumped over top of my fries. disgusting. then i tried the burger. it took me 4 bites to get to the "stuffed part" only to find the saddest amount of extra meat i have ever seen. the bun was completely saturated in the grease dripping from the burger. it was a horrible experience overall and i will not be ordering from there again.
