rule 1 - do not disrespect the customer!. i've been coming to this place for years and always a frequent, satisfiedcustomerbut today was my last time for eating here. everything was fine until i couldn't wait any longer for a coffee refill. i went over and poured myself a cup when the owner's daughter rushed over and chastized me for my actions, telling me "i'm not allowed" to pour my own coffee. to me, her tone, facial expression and the words she chose were an extreme violation ofcustomermanagement relations - acting disrespectful to a customer.
on paying my bill i expressed my feeling disrespected by her actions. rather than apologizing, she responded augumentatively at which point i reiterated the point that i was a supportive, long timecustomerbut because of her actions, i would never be back. she dismissed me with a wave of her hand, told me it's no loss to her and walked away. i'm really hurt and disappointed in how this turned out - it was such an unexpected shock.
