really lovely suburban thai restaurant. usual kitsch decor, but the food for is much better than expected.
started with chicken satays and thai spring rolls. both lovely. then the crispyporkthai salad. wow. absolutely scrumptious. the highlight of the dishes. theporkbelly pieces were moist yet crisp, whilst the dressing on the salad was mouth watering.
then the yellow prawn curry which was all a bit bland, and then the ginger beef. yum. the kids adored the pad thai chicken, always a winner, but this was better than most.
gewurtztraminer always makes thai sing. this was blessed with rose and peach on the nose. delightful foil for the thai flavours.
