theplacehas a beautiful ambience. the openness and the simple décor gives me a relaxing comfort. i have been interacting with basak, one of their staffs in almost all my visits. i specially wanna mention, this person provided a service worth remembering - starting for maintaining hygiene at the table, suggesting food items and menu, servicing with the lil customization i wanted...but what i loved most about him is the courteous behaviour... fabulous experience indeed!! spicevilla has become a go toplacefor all moods ;) :d

this is one of the best restaurant in surat with every aspect from food quality to customer service. everything is just awesome the dining arrangements are very unique and stylish that one loves to come here again and again. i would say never miss chance to visit thisplaceyou will love the food too. best restaurant in the town

the restaurant has a real wow factor. the ambience decor is the most unique in the city including water fountains, green lush, fresh atmosphere, appropriate lights - as you feel as if you are sitting in aplacethat has been designed around the four stages of the circle of life. the tables are huge and well spaced! the menu offers a very wide choice and the polite and knowledgable staff will help with suggestions if you want them to. the food is mouth watering, the portions exactly right and the presentation is attractive. the service was outstanding, courteous and efficient.
i have no hesitation in recommending it.

a wonderfulplaceto be at in surat for satisfying your taste buds. the ambience and overall landscaping of the venue is really pleasant. we went there to celebrate the birthday of a senior citizen member of our family along with my birthday on 27th april. (sorry for the late review) we were a group of about 17-18 people. since there were senior citizens in the group and we had opted for dinner buffet for all it would have been difficult for them to visit again and again to the food counter for taking the servings. so on our request mr. atanu bal the manager arranged for the on table service of the food for every one's convenience and even helped us in curating the menu for the buffet as per our choice. the food was served at right temperatures and at the right time. the service was quick and efficient with smiling faces of the servers. everything was done under mr. bal's efficient guidance. the taste of all the 17-18 food items be it starters salads main course or dessserts was really good. (except russian salad which was not upto the mark). the paneer dishes and desserts in particular were very delicious. the option of buffet is absolute value for money considering the number of choice of items available in it.
overall the entire experience for all my guests was very happy and enriching. thanks to team spice villa. hope the quality of food and service be maintained in future too. happy dining!!

visited thisplacelast week but was disappointed.

theplaceis nice , the ambience is nice too , the small ac glass structures are good and can accommodate a group .

seeing these things, thought that the food will be good but got disappointed.

ordered paneer chilly and crispy veg

didn't taste good and also the veg crispy was a lot oily inspite i told them to make it less oily.

ordered a paneer dish ( can't remember its name )

it was average .

the butter rotis came burnt and hard though i told them to make them soft but they replaced it.

and ordered.fried rice , it was okay.

they charge a.lot but in return the quality of food is not equal . a goodplaceif you want to spend time but not if you want to enjoy food.

service : ⭐⭐⭐ it's a multicuisine family restaurant. service is good and staff is polite.

ambience : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ it'd be so unkind of me if i don't give perfect score. thisplacehas an impressive designing. there's an open sitting like garden restaurant but most attractive part is, it has glass cabin table which can isolate a small group dinner. dinning area is surrounded by beautiful illumination.

food :
taste : ⭐⭐⭐⭐ we ordered regular north indian food accompanied by soup and starters. taste was really good.

quality : ⭐⭐⭐⭐ it's upto the mark.

presentation :⭐⭐⭐⭐ garnishing and appearance was quite good.

variety : ⭐⭐⭐ just the way other multicuisine restaurant has. i was expecting some continental and oriental dishes as well.

value for money : ⭐⭐⭐⭐ if you're just looking at food, right side of the menu might seem heavy. but if you're looking for an entire experience of tge evening then it might seem justifiable.

quantity : ⭐⭐⭐⭐ a regular 4x serve.
*they also have good banquet service as well.

they gave us very inhuman treatment ; and we didn’t have right to choose also whichplaceto be seated. also the food was below average the noodles were served cold. one of the manager named poonam pandey ; treated us very badly and in a inhuman way . seriously think twice before going to the space.

i was very excited to visit thisplacebut it was my worst experience in entire surat 😷😷
