i thought the food and service was good. i was disappointed in the mac-n-cheese that my son ordered. it had a spivey nacho type cheese on it and at 3 yrs old he wasn't going to eat it. i had the angel hair pasta and it was good. my husband had a calzone and he said it was good.
it seemed clean and well kept but we did see a cricket or grasshopper on the floor in the dining area. it was our firsttimeso i do not know if this is a regular occurrence.

very poor customer service!!!!!!!. we ordered from so italian twice and they screwed up our order twice. they told us nexttimewe came we would get a free pizza. when we called to get a free pizza they forgot what they promised. they reluctantly gave us one which you had to have a magnifying glass to see the toppings. we have been disappointed too many times and will never go back!!!!!!

good hometown pizza. i ate here for the firsttimelast night, and thought the pizza was great, if not the best i've had in the area, still very good. the prices are excellent - not delivery chain-cheap, but on the mid-low end of hometown pizza places i have visited. service was very friendly, and the breadsticks (had the plain and pepperoni) were delicious. i would definitely bring my family here again.

firsttimehere, the place was packed, line was almost to door. the pizza had a great taste but needed to have more toppings. they were a little skimpy with putting toppings in the pizza.
