the worst service ever... the waiters andstaffhere are of total shit.... they don't know how to treat a client.... they just test ur patience

we went yesterday after got to know about the brewing festival started from 15th april. trust me it was one of the horrible experiences.
1. the lady sitting at the entrance was super rude and unprofessional. we booked our table but when reach there. they asked us to wait for 15 apprx minutes which might increase that she was also not sure about. i dont know what is the point of taking reservations if you treat like normal walk-ins. the way she was talking was super rude. simply "0" rating for her specifically.
2. finally after sometime we made it to a table inside after one genuinestaffof them helped us. but then again no one is interested in taking the order. we waited a few minutes and again the order was taken. super bad hosting services.
3. they said of brewing festival but trust me everything is lie. nothing is available from the beer list. there were only two beers available and they were not good at all. each of us taken one of them along with some starter.
4. it took one long hour for them to serve the starter that too after taking multiple follow-ups with every available staffs. by then our beer was warm enough. extremely poor service. no one is aware of the orders or whats happening with them. we decided to the leave the awful place and we asked them to pack our starters and give us the cheque.
4. now comes another interesting part. one of thestaffcame up to us that server is not working, neither card nor gpay is working. only cash could work in this and also they did not give us any proper bill but he bought a screenshot of the bill displayed on their screen. its 873rs.we did not had cash so we all managed to 900rs and guess what? that guy did nit even bother to give us the change of 27rs. he looked at us, counted the notes and walked away.

this place is just awwwwwwful. we just ruined our evening. never ever get any second thoughts to go to this place. just worst.

the service was pathetic. nobody attended us and took our order. just to get 1 food it took them more than half n hour. thestafftests your patience.

absolutely pathetic service.with such big inflow of crowd,staffwas not able to manage or take orders. one of the worst experience. food was average.

the earlier restaurant in this place was much better than the current one. shortage ofstaffand careless attitude towards customer requirements. i recommend the management to start self service instead of table service. every order we placed had an issue and left the place unsatisfied. thankfully the live music saved the evening.

the ambience on the 5 the floor could've been better, maybe add some new items which improve the look.

i am giving two stars only for the wonderful ambience! this place has lots of greenery, plants, etc. it has a rooftop which was closed for service. the place has plenty of ventilation and sunlight as air is allowed to enter as the sides do not have any walls. they have sofas, high chairs to view the outside from the balcony and tables and chairs. i thought had lots of choices including nachos, paneer tikka, noodles, rice, curries pasta and pizza. but whatever we ordered didn't taste that good. we ordered pina colada and cold coffee. cold coffee was watery with no taste. the pina colada was good and sweet. the spinach nachos had chili powder cheese sauce and jalapenos. it did not havet any sour cream as claimed in the menu. we then ordered rock mushroom which as per the menu would be stuffed with cheese and spinach. but when he brought it, it tasted like any regular mushroom fry. we asked thestaffwhat happened to the cheese and they said the menu has a mistake. we then ordered bianca pizza which was supposed to have cheese sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, broccoli, olives, etc. i was so disappointed with the taste. it didn't have any tomato sauce, not enough toppings or different types of cheese as claimed in the menu. then we wanted to eat the dessert but there was nothing except brownie. we didn't want to eat that so we left. except for ambience, food was disappointing.

a regular for quite some time now. servicestaffare very courteous and haven't let me down.

loved the vibe here.... specially the house made beer steals the show. the appetizers were really good. ambience was chick & thestaffwas super helpful at each corner. the size of the beer mug is pretty good too. bar is definitely a centre of attraction. 💯😍

came here just coz my friends keep talking about the places ambience and it really lives up to it.the decor is really nice and the live music on weekends is something you wouldn't wanna miss.the food and the beer live up to the expectations and the friendlystaffjust seal the deal.

i came here with my girl on her birthday and it was a really wholesome experience.to start things off we got a bottle of the sula brut wine and to spice things up cla few glasses of jack daniel fire.really loved the decor and thestaffwas very swift and responsive.on the lighter and most important aspect of food we got some pulled spinach chicken nachos, some chicken gyoza,ala divola thin crust pizza and finished things off with a brownie.the experience was really great and would recommend to everyone to come out here.their brewed beer is a real deal too.

firstly i really loved the ambience and the roof top is really the place u should be after a stressful day. thestaffis really friendly and the food is good on both quality and quantity. the main highlight of the place being their in house brewed beer. it's a must try. my favourite was vanila. overall it's a really good place to chill with your friends. would really recommend this to anyone looking for good brewed beer , good food and a wonderful experience all in one place.

there is no proper staff
the food was given to us late we had to wait there for eating each food took 1 hr
instead of panner they served non veg chicken which is not acceptable
we had taken 8 shots they had billed for 16 shots and they had not communicated properly for us
the food was not up to the mark.
just be careful while ordering anything check with thestaffas they dont tel anything later in the bill it will be added.

i celebrated my wife's birthday yesterday. had a wonderful time. the food and ambience were awesome. thestaffare very courteous. my special thanks to pitambar, manager and ajay, waiter. they took special care of us and ensured the whole experience was splendid and memorable.
