best. cupcakes. ever.. i was working at an account a few years ago, and they had brought in an order of sivada's cupcakes, and when i told them i wasn't really a hugecupcakefan, they insisted i try them, so i did. mind = blown.
the firstcupcakei tried was a tiramisu, which is my favorite dessert ever. they also forced me (not really!) to try a chocolate mousse cupcake, and i honestly can't tell you which was more amazing, but they were both 100% pure heaven in acupcakeform!
since then, i have purchased these for numerous occasions with family and friends, and without fail, everyone loses their mind over them, every time! i have some really picky friends, too, and even the most hard-to-impress among them had their eyes roll back in their heads the moment they tried one of these rich, sinful delights.
not for the calorie-conscious at all, but among the best things you will ever taste, i assure you! give 'em a try, and i apologize in advance for the addiction.
for the person who complained about them being "cold", this does not mean they're not fresh. every single time i've ordered them now (probably 15 or so times), they've been made fresh that day, and the reason that they're "cold" is because they contain fillings (at least the ones i order) that need to be kept refrigerated or they will go bad and turn into an unappetizing, runny mess. take them home and nuke them for a few seconds if you want to warm them up, but you've gotta realize that you just don't leave things like buttercream and custard-based fillings unrefrigerated.
