taj usha kiran started as celebration spot to regular dinnerplaceand now to breakfast also. great spread included continental, south indian, north indian, and if you can think of anything they will get it made. taj is always an experience. still & forever #1 in gwalior

an absolutely appalling experience. we ordered risotto and a pizza, both of which were beyond bad. the parmigiana was the only saving grace. i’d avoid thisplacelike the plague. worse still, theplaceis rundown and the staff not well trained and lacking basic courtesy. i don’t know how this is a 5 star property.

had a wonderful time at this restaurant within the taj usha kiran palace hotel.
such a quiet and sereneplaceand the staff and food were sent from heaven itself.
ate a unique thing, bundelkhand onion kheer. didn’t know that one could make a sweet dish out of onions and it was spectacular.
only negative, their liquor license has expired for the last three years or so and still hasn’t been reissued so despite that fact that i was at the taj, i couldn’t get a beer to go with my food.
a must stop for a quiet and taste lunch set in lush gardens after a lot of sightseeing.

it was our first time and the visit was worth it. we ordered fish and chips for starters, which was delicious. for main course we ordered grilled chicken steak and baked fish fillet which reminded us of the authentic european dishes. they served us rich almond cake as a complementary dessert. we loved every bit of it!! all in all, the food, service, ambience and the everything about theplacewas good! highly recommended.

been here on official trip. they have maintained the old heritage nicely. food is average, got an opportunity to try their unique desert called "onion halwa" which was pretty good. staff is polite and helpful to make their guests comfortable. overall a niceplaceto enjoy your stay in gwalior.

silver saloon at the taj ukp will give you a nice fine dine experience. ambience is great. since this a heritage property, you will surely have a royal dining experience. theplacealso has outdoor seating available. food is above average and does not justify with the value for money tag.
