took an out of state client here for dinner last night on a whim. don't usually try a place the first time this way, but like to gamble sometimes. not really a gamble after checking out the reviews and the menu though. she liked it so much that she bought me a gift certificate so i would return. awesome ceviche, north central chicken, and i hate pork, but the sergio's pork that my partner had was to die for! so unlike the "piggy" tasting pork that turned me off to it forever, or so i thought, until i tasted this exquisite tenderloin dish. our service by kelton was impeccable, in spite of a very booked time, and i will not hesitate to return with another client or by ourselves next time we are needing down home, delicious cooking and service with a flair.
