i and my family and relatives are your customer from 20 years. i today came to pickup cake for my son for 15th birthday. to lady served me today asked name and i told her my name and then she said did you ordered cake, i said my wife ordered and she given my name i already told you. she said very rudely in loud voice that she i could not understand it first time. i think if she could not understand first time then she should ask me to repeat or spell again. after that when she got my cake, she asked me anything else, i said no. she came to counter and was looking at me quietly for a while, i asked her how much i need to pay and she said anything else please, i said i already told you thats it and she was talking like i have a good day today bla bla very rudely.
i never had such experience in 20 years. today is my son birthday and she made my day stressed. at least you need to take care that people most of time come for a happy occasion like birthday. it is very unfair to ruin someone good day like me.

great service, great products, but if i am completely honest i have seen the standard and quality drop over the past 6months, for example their banoffee used to be the best in town, but now they barely put any caramel on it and it seems they are cutting a few corners to maximise profit over quality which is what originally enticed people to this store, if they go mediocre, their customer numbers will keep dropping

i have a lot of love for this place. i used to work just around the corner so you can imagine how strong the temptation was to pop in. the cakes are always fresh and tasty, sometimes i find they can have too much cream but that's just personal taste.
there is so many wonderful cake places in edinburgh and this is one you should make sure to check it out.

sicilian pastry shop have excellent cakes and pastries! big cakes can be ordered for special occasions, i love ordering their cream cakes. at a very affordable price this shop offers tasty and delicious treats for everybody. from cakes to tray bakes to savoury bites, everyone can leave with a smile on their face.

i personally admire how much they have achieved considering the store is quite tiny and not in a very glamorous location. whenever i pop in the store always has customers!

the bakery made a large cake for my mother's 90th birthday. looked great and tasted delicious. very reasonably priced too - under £30 for a cake that did 14 of us with some to spare.

finally made it to this renowned wee bakery just off leith walk and it was worth the trek. lovely old-fashioned sugary air wafts around as you stare at the counter packed with treats - all ridiculously well-priced. having a sweet tooth, i went for a chocolate-dipped palmier-style thing, which was crisp and sweet; a light and super moist (but kinda potent) rum baba; and a cream-filled pastry similar to cannoli. yum!

pastry paradise. this wonderful little shop just off leith walk is the bakery equivalent of the tardis. i don't think they could cram any more delectable cakes, buns and pastries on the counter !! if it's the last day before the diet begins, make sure you come here. needless to say, it's highly recommended.

everything was delicious, and everything cost around £1-£3. an absolute bargain when you think about the prices in places like patisserie valerie. i loved the croissant with strawberries and cream: so simple but so good. everything was amazing though.

for sure, you should visit it very soon, as the quality on offer is really impressive. savoury and sweet lovers alike will be in for a genuine treat
