extensive sushi menu. be warned that their sushi is way more spicy than expected! you get 6-8 pieces per roll, which is pretty good for the price.

definitely the best sushi in athens. don't even bother with anywhere else. the prices are still reasonable and not a big enough difference to settle for anywhere else in athens for sushi. i've still had better but i was pleasantly surprised with shok's sushi choices and taste.

finally was able to try shokitini and was not disappointed. i shared some rolls with my dinner mates and had the squid salad as well. the salad was delicious as were the rolls. however if you plan on going during the busy hours, be ready for the wait and visit the bar.

best sushi i have ever had. fiance and i shared 3 rolls and 2 soups and only paid $25 for it. this is excellent food at an incredibly reasonable price.

first time here and it was absolutely amazing!! service was great and the waitress was very attentive. she gave us great feedback on the dishes as well as the sushi menu. sushi was amazingly fresh. i have eaten an abundance of sushi in my life and this was among the best that i've had! we sat at the sushi bar and were given a salad, sushi samples & dessert complementary! definitely recommend this place to anyone! can't wait to come back very soon!

best sushi in athens. best sushi in athens and i've heard they make an amazing steak too! local secret: ask to sit at the sushi bar and get more freebies. order the dynamite mussels--to die for--and always go with the chef special roll for a tasty surprise.

best sushi in athens!. in a town where sushi ranges from mediocre to just plain bad, shokitini stands out! it's a bit expensive for sushi, but they definitely know what they're doing. if you want sushi, don't waste your time with the cheap places around town. the house dressing is amazing and i want to pour it all over everything. great service every time i've been and good to order from bulldawg food for delivery as well!

a bit expensive for what you get. takes advantage of the college town atmosphere, with loan money to blow on ravenous sushi cravings. nevertheless, it is a decent place. the sushi and entree offerings are good, not worth a trip from atl good, but if in athens its a good option. very lively inside with music playing but not too loud, just enough to enjoy a good song if it comes on while talking to friends. much better japanese cuisine in ga, but a decent place to go.

one of the best choices of sushi in athens. food is towards the pricey side but it is worth it. best if you sit at the sushi bar. go find out for yourself why. you won't be disappointed.

great sushi. i loved the sushi here, the sushi chefs were very friendly. other than them, service was doubtful. i got a water with my meal, and i ran out half way through my meal, and no one ever refilled it or came by to check on us. and they were busy, but i saw some wait staff standing around at one point, and no one bothered to check on us. this restaurant is also very popular with frat and sorority people, and about 50% of the people in there were obviously belonging in that group. i didn't mind so much when i was in college, but now that i'm an old married person i tend to avoid the frattie college scene. but i tell you, the sushi is worth it. sit at the sushi bar if you can! i recommend...anything on the menu!!

great sushi.. not as good staff. best sushi in athens hands down. the staff however is always a bit disappointing, the servers and bartenders have some sort of egotistic something? they always seem a bit annoyed. only interested in the regulars. not warm. but, the food is good enough to take a lil attitude. the sushi chefs however are very nice
