amazing place for family gathering.staffis excellent, polite best custimer service. we were servered by ajinkya. very polite and good customer service sence. excellent service by him. highly recommend for indian food and family gatherings.

the food here is amazing and is of the highest quality. hyderabadi biryani, chicken tikka, butter chicken were one of the stand out dishes. shamiana fulfilled our expectations on point. to highlight about this restaurant is its service. the courtesy offered by theirstaffwas overwhelming. special mention- mr aditya, mr hasan, mr ajinkya, mr akash, mr ashraf. not to forget to mention chef prashant, chef somnath and chef rikas for the delicious food. had an amazing experience overall dining out here.

we visited shamina to celebrate my friend's bday and we had a good time.staffwere courteous n food spread was good with a lot of veg options. desserts were yumm specially cheesecake & choux pastry and the pista ice-cream falooda. they even gave us a chocolate cake complimentary to celebrate the bday!
based on zomato update for friday buffet, soft beverage could avail 15% zomato discount which was refused to be acknowledged by the staff, however he kindly gave us the discount anyway. so that is something they need to update with zomato. it would have been great if the music was a bit more lively and not repetitive to keep the good vibes of the place :)

i had a lunch thali at this place. firstly the fine dining experience was well designed, the cutlery was royal and the ambience was great. secondly all the food items had distinct aroma and flavors.staffwas very helpful. standing upto taj hospitality. keep it up.

shamiana is a sham. we went for lunch and opted for the thali. the food was so so so bad. not at all tasty. served cold. we ordered 2 phulkas and thestafftook 20 mins to give 2 phulkas and they served it without applying ghee on it. we asked them to apply ghee. it took them another 15 mins to do that. the veg thali menu had karele ki sabzi which was so bitter (even a karele ki sabzi can taste good if made well) that it felt like we are eating medicine. their service is pathetic. 1 waiter to serve all the tables so everything takes time. food quality was so bad and it wasn't even hot. i would not recommend this place to anyone.

finding an indian restaurant in dubai is not that difficult but we wanted ethnic indian touch, so we tried shamiana for the first time.
it was a great experience. ✔️
the place,atmosphere is chill and cool and thestaffis also really friendly. they knew what they are doing and what they are talking about and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority.
food was pretty good. we had chicken tikka and green peas tikka for starters and for main course, chicken biryani and prawns tawa masala with butter naan. and ended our meal with rasmalai.
special thanks to service team especially mr. ajinkya. service was very delightful and professional. he suggested some good mocktails also. thank you to chef and shamiana team.

after a week of our vacation in dubai, we were really craving for our very own comfort indian food. shamiana was just the perfect spot we were looking for and it truly full filled our expectations on point!

✨ the food was delectable and was of highest quality!
chicken tikka, lamb rogan josh, hyderabadi biryani were very very tasty and flavorful.
we were in love with their butter chicken; succulent chicken morsels with scrumptious 'makhani gravy'. aaahha! loved it to its core.
rasmalai provided that much needed sweet ending to the meal, wholly satisfied our sweet tooth!

we had ordered green peas tiki, paneer tikka, quinoa wrap, lentil chaat, vegetarian biryani, and vegetarian thali and everything tasted absolutely lovely. there was nothing which we did not love about the food.
thestaffis courteous and friendly. the ambience is amazing as well.
