first when it was opened i went instore and received peanut size stone and secondtimewhich i ordered online on thursday from this shop in one of their sandwich their was plastic piece which was been cut i think from their ingredients packaging.

so overall not happy sorry not happy with hygiene.

last twotimei order shakti sandwich but really waste of money...no quality...very third class sandwich....other braches i was test good but this branch give very third class quality.
i think shakti is frenchies system so owner by owner earn more money so down the quality nd people order just name of shakti...but now not shakti is proper maintain quality

in zomato pro there is showing offer 20% off for pro members but actual in restaurants you will not get any offer like that, so this is the fake offer by zomato pro, it is disappointing for pro members


secondtimeon 29th august 2021 i went to dining in the restaurant but today also they didn't gave me discount as per pro membership offer of 20% off

not so good online food ordering experience from this outlet.
it's my very first order from this outlet. i've placed an order for (1) american exotica sandwich and (2) cheese garlic bread.
food preparation was not upto the mark. sandwich was ok in taste but garlic bread was very bad. both the items were not upto our expectations. portion size was enough but quality of food was at a little lesser side.
food handling was also not done properly by zomato vallet and deliverytimetaken was also delayed by 30 minutes than expected time.
overall food ordering experience was not went well for this outlet... though, i've informed the restaurant management about this bad experience and they accepted their mistake and promise to improvise in future.
