the most disgusting place i have ever been to in bhopal, staff is so stupid i can't even describe in words, felt highly discriminated, right from the very start, it was as if they never wanted me to come in and order. all of them, the person behind the counter who took my order was laughing and was behaving like a deaf person as if he can't hear me, so i told him my name bit rudely after that. even before, when i entered in that so called "restaurant" all those people behind the counter was standing in a hurdle and laughing and giggling like a bunch of small girls. the place is extremely expensive which would have been okay, if the food would have beengoodenough, but after i tasted it, it was something which i could have made my self in my kitchen', that too those waiters were not willing to come to my table and give my order to me.
most importantly the reason for my anger was after, i finished ordering to that dumb witted person who just wanted to giggle like a small girl, i asked him that the table behind me is empty, and it was the only table empty there so can i take it? he immediately shouted and said "no its not empty, go and sit out side" which was so weird as there was no reserved sign or any other thing on the table or on the chair which would have suggested otherwise. so, my sister and i had to go out side and sit with bees in this hot weather, after 10 minutes 3 other customers entered the restaurant and ordered the food, and went and sat on that very table i enquired before about, and let me once again remind you that there wasn't any reserved sign on the table, so i kept my calm and after finishing my food this other waiter came to me with a 'parchi' (slip) on which i was suppose to give them a review based on my experience. so, i told that person that i will, but first of all you go and and ask your people inside that whether or not that very table was actually reserved for those people who just arrived, because i don't think so. he said okay i will go and ask so i waited, after 6 min i tried calling him from those idiotic glass windows but he pretended as if he is very busy and cannot see me, even other waiters saw me calling him but "oh my god!"... nobody told him to come to me or assisted me themselves, i have never in my life have ever seen such unprofessional staff, so i wrote what i wanted to on that parchi/slip they provided me and threw it on the table as i was furious until now and took a leave, which i know later they would have just thrown in the dumpster.
i have been to many restaurants in my life at various places even the 5 star ones, they have never done any such thing to me, never in life have i ever felt so discriminated. and i am pretty sure this place does not even have 1/2 a star. yes, i did not say anything to them cause i never wanted to make a scene out of it and was really tired that day and it wasn't worth it. but would like to point out that whoever is managing that place i don't know what he/she is doing but the word is *"disgusting"* to describe that place. pathetic job.
