shades of black

this is one of the strange places where veg burgers out perform non veg burgers. i mean the chicken burgers are good but veg eddy and piri piri paneer are next level. i don't think i have had veg burgers dat taste this good. also, i feel thr was excessive use of mayo/sauces in their bbq chicken/smash burgers that end up tasting like a kidsburgerinstead of "smoky" "charred" "cheesy" adult "bbq" burgers ...also, the
creamy pesto pasta (in spaghetti) is superb...
also the burgers come with huge portion of delicious fries...one of the best fries honestly....

shades of black - well as the name suggests whole cafe is based on black owl theme. not just the ambiance but they also have blacked theme burgers, tacos and much more!
i personally liked their fusion fries, red velvet shake and black burger!... theburgerwas soo juicy and crunchy! i really enjoyed my time there 🥰

was waiting for a long time for this restaurant to open... this place is right opposite to the brilliant convention building and has an amazing ambience and decor.. the live music is phenomenal and service is actually outstanding.. as far as food is concerned i really like theburgeri ordered and the quality of coffee.. if you are going for a shake it is recommended to tell them in advance for not adding ice in it .. pasta was good but i would recommend if you go with penne not spaghetti.. it is good place to take out out your significant one for a date and relax.. just a heads up that the seating is in open so do care to carry your winter clothes during dec and jan...

overall good experience but food wise improvement can be done.

recently i have visited this amazing cafe at vijay nagar best part about this cafe is ambiance whichever is super amazing i really love that

also if i talk about the food taste is just another level

also they have a open kitchen concept where u can see ur food while preparing

they! serve best charcoal tacoburgerin town

last which is my favourite one the dessert

black is so far my favourite. black is simply a part of everything we have. 'shades of black' is currently the coolest place to hangout, especially for the young gen!

this place has various sitouts to suit couples and group of friends. the upper deck is classy to dine as well.

food recommendations-

i loved the menu style, open kitchen and the overall vibe of the place. want to visit this place again and again!

this is going to be an "accurate" review of the place. black theme is its quirk but don't expect death metal or other cool stuff associated with it. live music is by local artists only who will try to serenade you with bollywood etc songs.

seating is spacious (two decks, upper n lower) but won't say that is very comfortable.

coming to food. it has an elaborate cafe menu which along with my comments and rating is as follows:
1) bbq grilled chickenburgerfor 350/- - while the portion size was huge but thr were no fries 🍟 which is a criminal act with such a tag and item. besides that,burgerwas actually good (not gourmet stuff) but good like 4/5. i wud have given 5/5 if they had not added so much coleslaw instead of bbq sauce to this "chicken steak and salami burger". but item was satisfying nonetheless.

creamy pesto spaghetti pasta for 350: 4.5/5. half marks deducted again for not giving even a single slice of garlic bread which is yet agn a criminal act. but pasta was good, like really nice (although not gourmet like mr. beans or o'donna) yet very close and nice. will be appreciated both by classess and masses. so i really liked it. portion size was good too.

cappuccino - 5/5 yes , n dat is a very rating for a coffee which most places suck at making. since we wanted strong one, staff proposed to add an extra shot of expresso n dat made all the diff. kick ass cappuccino.

brownie shake for 250/- 3.75/5 , this is kids stuff, idk why on earth i ordered it that day but then milk vanilla chocolate brownie cannot go very wrong. most ppl will like it.

spinach corn quesadilla for 280- 4.25/5 , some marks deducted because either quantity shud have been more or price less. but the item itself was really nice. i loved it.

crowd- i only saw masses and not classes (terms used only for ease of convenience and not sharing my beliefs) but i can say this is a place where masses will have access to very nice cafe food but classes (authentic food chasers) won't be disappointed either. it's good food after all. like a really nice new place to go.

excellent ambience, fresh food, good quality ingredients, all in all, a beautiful place to to have a good time.

buffalo chicken wings

the chickenburgerwas nice and juicy, bonus is the slice of salami added to it. the portions of the food are quite wholesome, it might sound pricey at first but they feel justified when u taste the food.
the ingredients are very fresh and good quality, the kitchen is open to be seen by everyone so u don't have to worry abt hygiene.

absolutely recommended. go for it.
