unimpressed. i was looking for a place to take some out-of-town vegan friends, and we chose the sentient bean, as it was one of the only options on a sunday. we waited around 20+ minutes for thefoodto come out, which is not a big deal if thefoodis good ( though i'm not sure why breakfastfoodtakes that long to prepare). thefoodwas rather bland, and for that reason, overpriced. we split some of our portions, and i had to force myself to finish the quiche quiche and breakfast burrito. it wasn't nasty, but i would never buy again. hopefully, the coffee fare is much better, but i will never buyfoodthere again, and i'm not sure i'm willing to give the coffee a try because of my experience with the food.
