had gone to the newly opened restaurant on the bangalore road. the hospitality and meals were, but the problem started in the side dish i had ordered, the liver fry was very rubbery and uncooked. had this reported to the waiter, supervisor, cashier and some one called management staff, no one cared ,all they were interested was getting the payment and me pushing off. didn't have complaint/feedback notebook also
such wrong priorities may not augur well with the customers in the long run.
