it was my sisters birthday and we were a bit sceptical to go to a restaurant as most of them do not have their experienced chefs and there is a decline in the quality of food compared to pre covid era. in the pastsattvamhas never disappointed us in terms of quality or taste so we decided to give it a try again. we were welcomed by mr kumar who briefed on the day’s menu and the live counters. it was a massive spread, from 5 different starters served on table, varieties of chaats from paani puri to dahi bhalla with chutneys, 8 different types of veg gravies which also includes paneer sabzi, saatvik pulao, south indian rice varieties… my favourite was bisibebath. pizza, pasta and chole bhature were made fresh on order. there were a minimum of 15 varieties of desserts which is a feast to our eyes. we couldn’t try all but the ones we tried were yum, particularly gulab jamoon, pista kalakand and angoor dana dipped in malai and a dash of mango syrup❤️. i have not even listed half of what was available in the spread, the only regret while stepping out would be to not able to try all the delicacies. it’s a highly recommended place for everyone who loves food!!!
