terrible. awful! lasagna cold in the middle, clearly a re-heat job as it was warm on the outside. service was s - l- o -w
and the portion was v.small. i emailed five times and still have no response. when i complained to the staff, they said it was straight from the oven! i put my finger in the middle to prove it was cold!
i have been going here for years. however, i wont go back. small portions, cold food and i left hungry. mylunchhour was exhausted by the time i got served with the meal. other diner was correct, marks and s do a lot better! no loss as lots of other places to eat that offer hot, real, italian cuisine and have the manners to reply to email complaints and take them into hand. lots of other restaurants around offering good value for money and hot, italian food! no loss
