the breakfast is by far the best in norfolk!! beyond that you can't find a better staff and the local owners couldn't be nicer. it's great to go some place where they remember your name and what you like!

i love their breakfast. i went there this morning with my boyfriend. we eat at home mostly for breakfast. since the weather was nasty we wanted to get out of the house so we walked up to sandfiddler. he had not been there yet so it was a great opportunity.

we love it! we love it! weloveit!!!. my wife & i love the sandfiddler café. paula, steve, & steph have adopted us & constantly keep us spoiled rotten. really good food, cooked to order, & served by a favored member of my extended family. i do get kind of jealous when i look around and see them spoiling all their other customers too. great food, great staff, & a saturday morning must, as well as other times in the week whenever we can.

great crab eggs benedict. this is a great place! i love breakfast and they offer everything you could ever want if you are a breakfast lover. they even offered an item that i had never had before and has turned into one of my absolute favorites- their crab eggs benedict. it is so delicious. if you like eggs benedict and you like crab, this is the place. my husband also is very particular in how his eggs and bacon are prepared and the waitresses are very good in taking care of this.

great food - great people. it seems to be hard to find a good breakfast resturant. this one is a must. anything on the menu (lunch or breakfast) any time. so far i've had almost everything on the menu and have yet to have a bad meal. also have had some things not on the menu from special topping on an omlet to sandwiches and breakfast items not listed. my beliefe is it doesn't hurt to ask if you've had something somewhere else and want it. as far as the people funning the sandfidler, i challenge anyone to find more friendly people (without being fake). more like an extended family.

i love the sandfiddler cafe. i truly feel like i'm part of the sandfiddler family. when i was brought to virginia from new york, on my second call to duty; comming to the sandfiddler cafe wasn't just the great food and service you'd expect from a dedicated family of restauranteurs. for me, it's a little slice of heaven. with it's great staff; warm and friendly ways, the sandfiddler cafe is quite superior to anything i could have expected. the sandfiddler cafe is truly the cultural center of east ocean view. almost as delightful as the staff, is its clientel. with great location, prices, food and service, the sandfiddler cafe is a very specail place. despite even the rainy weather patrons and staff alike just want to come to the sandfiddler cafe to have fun. put this restaurant on your commute to work in the morning like i do, and thin follow up on weekends. why? because like dorothy says in the wizzard of oz, "there's -no place like home."

best restaurant. we have been going to the sandfiddler cafe every weekend since they opened.the owners paula and steff are fantastic.the restaurant staff are upbeat and greet you with a smile.the food is wonderful. great prices. great atmosphere. .its really a great place to start or end your day. the grilled ham and cheese with chip fries my favorite,with paulas chocolate brownie to end my meal.you really have to try the best in ocean view

save room for dessert. great food and friendly staff. the locals already know it's the best breakfast in town. wonderful variety of lunch specials if you are inclined to visit everyday. stay away from the lemon cake...it's addicting !!

terrific home meals. this is a great neighborhood cafe. they treat you like a friend, the food is very good, prices are very reasonable. it has become a steady stop in most of the locals routine. very pleasant staff! breakfast and lunch.
great prices. whoever rk puma is must be an idiot or too old to realize what todays world typically charges for anything. a sandwich with a side served by a pleasant waitress and comfortable environement is worth $5.00 and then some. get it touch .... great place !!
