amazing ambiance and the live music is an added bonus. i tried the iced hazelnut latte and it was (hands down) the best and smoothest coffee i have ever had in my life. :) this is the perfect place to be on a sunny afternoon.

i've been here several times.the coffee is ok. macaroons are great.however, the stuff doesn't know ingredients of their products and they don't have information what are those cakes made of. so when you want to order something that looks good- prepare to be disappointed- it doesn't taste good! i do not recommend this place as a place with good desserts.

i’m not a coffee drinker so i’ve been reluctant to check out sambalatte despite its popularity. i finally gave in and tried it for lunch. the greek salad was not good at all. the dressing had a funky metallic taste that rendered it inedible. the sandwiches, on the other hand were good but a little on the pricey side. the ham and brie ($9.75) was the perfect ratio of ingredients inside crispy, yet airy, bread. the ham and cheese croissant...

consider yourself served!!!. i love the coffee and the pastry, this is not new york and even-less mcdonald, if i was in a hurry then i would go to mc.d... yet the quality wouldn't be the same right, a common sense person must have in mind that this is not a fast food restaurant, and people is there to enjoy their meals and to taste their coffee, while other places focus in one minute service, this guys focus in quality, again this elite service is being offered for elite quality people, from international gourmet quality service for you to enjoy, not to zip it like a glass of water in the middle of the dessert, you cannot bit the price, and something i really appreciate is not being rushed when enjoying my coffee.

i'm in the middle. we didn't sit in the restaurant...we took it to go. the food was good....but the service was so-so. it's not the first time we went and the service was so so. they people working behind the counter don't really buy into customer service which is evident by the owner's disposition toward customer service. we sat there for 20 minutes for a ham and cheese croissant. the owner never acknowledged us. he didn't apologize, offer us a cup of water....nothing! every time we go in the look of the place is top notch and the food is average to good but the service doesn't match up to the food nor the cute vibe of the place. will i be back...yes but i won't go out of my way...only if i'm in the boca park area!

sold third wave coffee joint. the premise here, as with any third wave coffee joint, is simple. get back to basics, focus on the beans, the roasting, the grinding, and the brewing. sure, they have the almost necessary compliment of secondary products and food items, but the key here the basics. pick your bean (ranging from house blends to specific microlots), tell them how you want it brewed (with options running the spectrum from drip to pour-over to chemex to siphon...btw, if you haven't had it before, get it on the siphon...in addition to the spectacle, the product is amazing), and drink one of the better cups of coffee you can find in vegas.

upon walking in i was very pleased with the atmosphere and array of pastries. i placed my order of a cappuccino, flat white & a french country sandwich, lemon meringue tart. my name was called, separately & in over about the span of 10mins. which was a slight inconvenience as i chose to sit upstairs. but i didn't mind as i was told my sandwich would take about 7 mins to heat. when i received my cappuccino i was confused as it looked exactly the same as the flat white. when i asked the barista i was told " were you expecting a fluffy foam on top" when i replied "yes that's what i thought a cappuccino was" i was told bluntly "well that's not what we do here." so i must admit i'm unsure of the difference between the 2 coffees i ordered. my $6.50 meringue tart tasted as though it was a day old, with a soggy crust & a mild lemon flavor, and as with my cappuccino quite flat! my sandwich had good flavor & i love the sliced almonds on top, but think in the 7mins that it took to 'heat' it they could of grilled the chicken fresh as only the outskirts of the chicken were heated to a luke warm. i am very disappointed at the quality & service.

not worth the drive. went to try this place out because of all the positive reviews i've read. i wish i can say i loved this place, but i was disappointed. i ordered the nutella drink and it was weak with flavor and lacked the punch i was hoping to get. i also ordered some pastries that weren't that great. the atmosphere is great and the overall presentation was to my liking, but the quality of the drinks lacked and the disgruntled baristas seemed to put a fake smile on. too much hype for nothing great.

human bean will always be my top list. their flavors are unique and quite delicious. the baristas are always nice and they remember you by name. it's a small drive through on forte apache by tropicana and it's the closest thing to portland cafes! sambalatte just seems to be rated high because it is a beautiful cafe, trendy but not really worth a trip to the other side of town. maybe i'll go there and try again... if i'm on that side of town.

having worked for three different non-chain coffee places, i can say that i enjoy and know what a good cup of coffee is. i decided to give this place a try. my coffee tasted like it was burned and the shot was seven seconds at best. i loved the pastry i got but was really dissappoited with the coffee. :(. the service was also really slow. the barista had no sense of urgency what so ever. i will give it another try just because of all the fabulous reviews.

i likes it. we decided to give sambalatte a try last weekend. we brought our laptops and set up shop upstairs. the place has a nice vibe.

i got the nutella cappuccino and my wife got the toffee latte. both were quite good and had pretty designs in the cream on top.

i'm not a big fan of desserts, however, i gotta say they have a nice display of delicious looking treats. we didn't get any this time, but next time we go i'll have to find my sweet tooth and give one a try.

amazing! the atmosphere was very relaxed and inviting. the food was great, i highly recommend the french pastry topped with mixed berries- it will change your life. it can be crowded, but it's only because people don't ever want to leave. but there is an upstairs the most people overlook. overall a good place to relax and get caught up on some work. did i mention free wifi

bravo!. sambalatte is a dream come true for those of us who like to take our laptops and sit and, in my case, write at a coffee house, internet cafe or bookstore. sambalatte has taken that concept to the 'nth degree, offering a unique atmosphere and ambiance, along with expertise behind the counter, that is unprecedented in the las vegas valley. music is even piped into the restrooms! i'm a green tea drinker myself. even so, it's pressed and served in a glass carafe. and as a vegetarian, i love their homemade fresh tomato caprece sandwich. sambalatte is tucked in a corner of boca park that has a real village feeling to it. come on down. it won't disappoint!
