new restaurant that opened summer 2015 as part of the clarkcooper concepts family. my husband and i went on our anniversary about a week and a half after their official opening. service wasn't bad, we had a great waitress but there were moments of time where we weren't attended too. unfortunately we also heard some confusion happening with other waiters around us.
the food was great, we ordered oysters as an appetizer and split a whole branzini fish with a "side" of potatoes and bok choy. i enjoyed this meal mainly because it was well-seasoned, simple, and healthy.
theatmosphereis great. walking in you're immediately greeted with the large bar and a great open dining room. we sat in the smaller room to the right that feels more like an enclosed patio on the beach. later that weekend i did hear someone mention the bar area is a good place for an older crowd to pick up a date.
overall, i would give this restaurant a good rating based off of the food and the ambiance but i would also have to limit my visits as it can get very expensive. great for date night or special occasions!
