i had wished to rate 5 but dint coz of what i dint like abt this restaurant was - had gone for iftar buffet, the waiter was distributing tea in a tray and asking if we need tea so we took it. so while billing they charged us for it without informing abt it. thetastewasnt good and it was worth 5 qar. anyhow its not abt the money but abt not informing us as customer.
else the food was amazing and a must go!

my first visit and i was disappointed with thetastecompared to other pakistani restaurants around the city, ordered mutton chops, chicken malai boti, mutton chops and chicken malai boti was not well marinated. over all not satisfied with the taste. i don’t think i will visit again.

tried it's buffet.tasteis good but dishes are few. biryani, chicken karahi and bbq are delicious. i think, buffet is over priced with respect of variety of dishes.

almost all the food served was great intastethis was my first dine in after this corona break out .... it’s full filled and satisfying dinner for me and my family and it was some special occasion to be celebrate with ..... 😍😍🎉

i got a chicken piece in my veg biryani. so you can imagine how they cook in the kitchen. and thetastealso was horrible

best affordable desi food. thetasteis original and authentic. we tried their malai chicken, chicken curry and pina colada.

one recommendation would be to increase the quantity of the curry!!

tried dinner buffet last weekend, cold food is served.tasteis normal (not great at all), not worth the price. deserts are better. ambience is very good. there are charges for water in buffet. small bottle of water costs qr4.

after reading lots of good reviews in some facebook groups i decided to give it a try . no doubt the ambience is beautiful and after seeing the ambience i thought their prices will be high as compare to other pakistani restaurant, but i was happily surprised to see the prices too reasonable.

regarding the food we ordered chicken karahi and mutton . i was expecting real pakistanitasteas they claim but i felt the karahi doesn’ttastelike karahi ittastelike normal chicken curry and also the mutton .

not bad but not upto mark .

located within hotel dinning area but separated from main lobby, ambiance seems fine with limited sitting, free valet parking. it was not crowded but too noisy due to kids running around :) and staff was quite attentive.
soup and 3 types of salad in starter, dahi bhallay reminded me typical recipe served in pakistan.. main course - mutton biryani, chicken curry and lahori chanay are good. bbq contains only chicken tikka boti and seekh kabab.. fried fish is served with traditional sweet & sour sauce. egg fried rice was not impressive at all, probably not fresh. didn't try mixed vegetables & couple other chicken recipes.
dessert - gulab jamun nice presentation buttastewise not too great, kheer, chocolate & coconut pudding and shahi tukray are fine.
buffet qr 59 seems slightly high, must be around qr 49 but regular menu prices seem fine.
i would recommend re setup of buffet serving line at a side rather keeping at different corners.
will visit again?! yes, to try menu recipes!

update:
had group dinner (14 adults & a kid) with advance reservation.. food seemed freshly served, naan bread and lahori fish was freshly made upon our arrival. staff remained very attentive, in fact chefs were also available to get our feedback. good choice for party gathering.. :)

visited for their iftaar buffet,and it was marvellous,all the items were rich in taste,mutton karahi was fabulous and was so succulent,biryani had real aroma and was good too,kebab was soft and tasty and their dessert section had kheer and firni which were good too,hope it mains thetasteit offered since its a new restaurant and doesn't compromise with its quality
