excellentequalitymexican food in greeneville. the salsa bar here is unbelievable! each of the salsas have a distinctive excellent flavor. mango pineapple, 4 red salsas, 4 green salsas. tomatillo. advocado. the pico de gallo has the perfect amount of heat and is included on the salsa bar. each table is served a small bowl of warm bean dip and chips promptly upon arrival. the wait staff is very attentive, experienced and they all seem to like working here. you can taste thequalityof the cheeses used. desserts are inexpensive but high quality. tres leche strawberry cake and creamy flan are exceptional. coffee is delicious served in a large mug and goes great with the homemade desserts, a combo usually hard to find in mexican restaurants. prices for lunch plates (under $5) and dinner are very low. located in the strip mall with ingles behind hardee's past the hospital. i have not found a better mexican restaurant at any price in nashville, asheville, knoxville, johnson city, or morristown. this is a mexican restaurant done right. they put all the cheap and high-priced chains to shame. my only criticism would be the tri-colored chips, red, green and natural, because of food dye health concerns. nicely decorated and lighted, clean. booths and tables. highly recommended.
