i ordered gyros wrap. first they served a big 12" diameter bread with olive oil and spice. i was pretty surprised by that. i ate a small portion of the bread. it was soft and good. after that they brought the gyro with tahini sauce. it was good and delicious too. i would like to visit here again to try other dishes.

the food was very delicious, especially the menakeesh and shawarmas. a lot of vegetarian options, a must visit place. the service was excellent with a very cheerful atmosphere.

i love to walk in and smell the baking pita breads. you see them in the large open faced oven and they rise about 5 inches. you are served a warm bread with herbs and olive oil upon arrival. while there are several tasty persian dishes, i seem to always want the veggie mezze plate which is very enjoyable with freshly pita bread that is at least 12 inches in diameter. we usually share a bottle of turkish wine which is a fun compliment to the meal. this place is consistently good.

great prices, great service, and wonderful tasting food. don't have any negative things to say about this place. hard to find a quality restaurant like this is hillsboro!

this is the place. this place is amazing. very good service. very good food. the flavors are rather potent. these guys seem to use very high quality ingredients which you can taste the difference. if you haven't been this is by far a must go.

definitely worth trying. in my opinion. hillsboro doesn't have a lot of quality restaurants. i was surprised how flavorful and satisfying the food is here.

my wife and i have been to salam several times and the food is consistently great. the restaurant is usually quiet when we dine in and the service has been friendly and food served within 10 min.

we are particular fans of the falafel appetizer, which is well seasoned and quite filling for an appetizer.

i highly recommend chicken zereshk. the barberry rice side is some of the best rice i've had in a long night.

if you like turkish coffee, it's fantastic here.

my only qualm is they have limited gluten free options. i asked the server about gluten free bread and he offered a plate with some veggies. although not what i had hoped for, i was pleaded he accommodated to the best of his ability.

food is excellent. service was quick and courteous and prices were appropriate. beef shish kabob was excellent.

pitas the size of a small tire!. the pitas and hummus here are fantastic! they are huge and fluffy. the hummus is just the way hummus should be. these are my go-to's at a lebanese restaurant, and they were amazing! highly recommend it!

give this family a try the food is great and they could not be more appreciative.
