extremely dissatisfied. i have never had as worse of experience at a fast food joint. the first time i tried this place it was completely desolate, no cars in the drive through, no one at the walk up window. i had a very simple order. chicken caesar salad. they specifically asked me if i wanted protein with my salad and i clearly said yes chicken.
the salad came out quick but they didn't put chicken on the salad. i quickly went back through the drive through and let them know that they didn't put chicken on my salad. the girl who took my order rudely said, "well it isn't on the ticket" i replied with well i definitely remember ordering it, you asked me clearly if i wanted any. then in the background i hear another lady yell "he didn'tpayfor it, he has topayfor it." so the lady says well i didn't ring it up on the ticket so you'll have topayfor it..
never have i been to a place where they make youpayfor there mistakes. you couldn't at least give me the courtesy of free 2$ chicken for messing up my order, causing me inconvenience, and wasting my time? i highly recommend they review their "trained" staff and focus more on customer service. i will never eat here again.
