sagar ratna is a food chain with presence across the country. i have been to a few, but this one in udupi is by far the best i have come across. the south indian thali is simply too good! they serve red rice as well. allitemsin the thali are exceptional. the manchow soup was excellent with a generous addition of pepper. the veg pulao was very good
