°°ambience°° 🌄✨

i was quite sceptical as to what the theme could possibly be given the name 'sacred earth cafe',
however, the efforts to set up a modern bohemian type interior and a roof top overseeing the durgam cheruvu cable bridge is quite an interesting view, given the sunset time.

°°food°° 🍕
1. vegan club sandwich - 4.7/5
2. make your own pizza - 2/5
3. sunrise (beverage) - 3.5/5

the vegan club sandwich was loaded with veggies, mostly tomatoes, capsicum, onions - finally chopped & that keptfreshcrunch node intact, it was white sauce based which had a sweet punch.
the slices were toasted rightly without going too overboard on the crunch.

although 'make your own pizza' offered some room for picking the add-ons, the downside was, both the r
time taken to serve and taste didn't match the expectations.
the base was basically a wheat crest - was no close to an oven baked or brick baked crest, it was slacking and also marinara sauce spread was uneven, so had to stomach it forcibly it with some origano and chilli flakes.

sunrise, had more of pineapple with an appy blend, besides a slight cardamom node.

i would rate:
ambience - 3/5
(evenings would be much better given the lake view at the roof top)
food - 3/5
value for money - 2.5/5

beautiful restaurant. nice seating in and out. indoor seating is very cozy and you can play some board games while waiting on food. inzi was serving us and he is very nice guy. our pizza crust had too much salt so he got it exchanged right away. pizza was very good if they could make with less salt. mezze bowl is amazing andfreshjuice was so refreshing. i would always go there if i want to eat some and relax a lot.

highly impressed by the aura of the place. probably one of the few places where one can get clean food which is made withfreshingredients.
they have plenty of options in toasts which is our all time favourite along with their tofu scramble (must try) and their guac and chips. their drinks and smoothie bowls are amazing as well.
you can get your food made accordingly and they do it with out any fuss.
the kind of food which will make your soul happy.

this new place definitely has my heart. my experience in here was quite good. it has a very tranquil ambience. absolutely loved the indoor and outdoor seating areas. this place grows their own vegetation and definitely maintains the earth theme.

coming to the food we started off with the kombuchas (apple cinnamon and mango) and complimentary herbal teas (pan rose and hibiscus). the pan rose flavour in herbal tea was brilliant.

thefreshjuices i tried were glow (with turmeric root , orange and chia seeds) , greener pastures (pears, spinach and cucumber) and electrolyte (beetroot, apple and carrot). these were very refreshing and fresh. personally loved glow.

the acai berry bowls and smoothies are a rage over here. this super food is imported from brazil and a must try. acai berry, renew and recovery were the three acai berry based smoothies i've tried and absolutely loved renew (mango, acai berry, pineapple and ginger based).

from the signature acai bowls i absolutely loved the nutbuster and og acai. served in polished coconut shells these are super delicious , a blend of acai berries, bananas and topped with seasonal fruits and house granola, seeds, almond butter and nuts. a true delight. highly recommended ❤️

the appetizers were great. absolutely loved the gunpowder fish cakes which was served with coconut green chutney. stick to the beet was a delight where roasted beetroot hummus was topped with fried chickpeas and served with crostini. these two dishes are highly recommended.
magic mushies is a dish with herb stuffed mushrooms served with balsamic sauce.
guac and chips was another favourite, creamy gaucamole served with plantain chips.

if you are a vegan lover than do not miss out on the bestest pizza in here. its the cauliflower crust pizza with cashew cheese and marinara sauce and topped with your favourite toppings. very healthy yet tasty.
the other variant was wheat crust pizza with buffalo mozzarella cheese and pesto sauce. it was too good.

they have these amazing bowls. mezze bowl was super good with crunchy falafel, hummus, millet tabouleh and mediterranean veggies drizzled with olive oil. highly recommended. the other bowl was sacred earth bowl with grilled prawns and soba noodles and raw papaya salad. the flavours were amazing and distinct.

for the desserts we had the tahini banana cake (gluten free and sugar free) and my favourite chocolate orange torte which was served with rose cream. highly recommended ❤️
overall review: must visit place for a healthy yet satisfying experience. 💯

sacred defines something that is dedicated or connected with god & that is the exact vibe you get at sacred earth cafe. sacred earth cafe is located near kavuri hills, madhapur (hyderabad). vibes here is just so pleasant, surrounded with amazing music instruments from around the country, beautiful paintings & calm music on the back ground.

the concept behind this cafe is how a plant - based diet can be as delicious as any other cuisine. also how can i not mention they harvest their own veggies, yes they have their own beautiful terrace garden, where they grow veggies like coriander , eggplant, lettuce etc.

let’s start talking about the food. we started our food session by ordering drinks kombucha they make their own in house kombucha, it’s a fermented tea that is rich in probiotics, amino acids, enzymes & vitamin b. flavours available according to the season, so you need to ask for available flavours before. their cold pressed juices & smoothies are just pure love, i would definitely recommend you to try renew thats the smoothie blend with acai, mango, pineapple, honey & ginger. not only that but you not miss their teas, my favourite was hibiscus tea which is blended floral tea, something you need to charge you for the day!

now let’s start digging into starters. i had something which was new to me “guac & chips - the creamy guacamole was a treat for my taste buds, it was served alongside some homemade plantain & sweet potato crisp & seeded sourdoughs crostini made my day. next was stick to the beet which was again a vegan dish made with roasted beetroot hummus, seeded sourdoughs crostini & crudite, again a must try. fish lovers if you ever visit this place then you have to try out “gunpowder fish cakes; tender fish cakes spiced with smokey gunpowder served with curry leaf chutney, extra points to that. like the aura of the cafe they have really creative dish names like “magic mushroom; these were herb stuffed mushrooms topped with molten cheese and breadcrumbs, served with balsamic mustard, the mustard sauce was overpowering the taste otherwise the stuffed mushroom was tasty.

let’s move on to their “bliss bowls” which is a mixture was nutritions & a pack of energy booster. we started with “sacred earth bowl; this bowls includes soba noodles, raw papaya salad, grilled prawns (all stars to that), stir fried asian veggies, half boiled egg garnished with pickled ginger, peanuts, freshherbs & toasted sesame, you can choose your own choice of dressing satay or ginger soy” now this seems a lot on the plate but trust me its not at all gives you that heavy feeling but fill you with all the natural goodness. & the next was “mezze bowl; this colourful plate includes falafel, classic hummus millet table, roasted mediterranean veggies, spicy tomato sauce, topped with pomegranate, crispy chickpeas &freshherbs. some olive oil & lemon juice on the top, pure bliss as the name suggest, amazing platting & great experience. is there any cafe without pizza? here they offer healthiest pizzas where you can choose your choice of crust “wheat or cauliflower’’ along with your choice of sauce, cheese & toppings but with the healthier options. both the options were unique & tasted differently.

sacred earth cafe promotes healthy & sustainable living. they have acai bowls which is plant based, filled with nourishment using only finest seasonal ingredients are paired with imported superfood, acai berries from brazil. we tried og acai; blended with frozen banana, freshfruits, chia seeds, freshcoconut & house garnola on the top, sounds refreshing right! another was nut - buster; blended with frozen banana, almond butter, chia seeds, pistachios, house granola &freshfruits on the top! this acai bowls are super tasty & refreshing.

ending on a sweet note; we had their sugar free desserts. “tahini bahana cake; it’s gluten free, drizzled with floral honey & black & white sesame. next we had chocolate orange torte; a decadent slice dusted with cacao powder and served with rose cream. being a dessert lover i could not find it that great maybe because of the sugar free element, it is hard of dessert lovers to taste something like that.

overall a great experience, beautiful ambience, perfect place to chill with your friends & loved ones. not only this but the food was beyond my expectations. now i can say plant based food can be delicious too.

afreshmenu with amazing tasty food.
starter - guac plus chips (banana chips) 5star. for my surprise portion of guac was good and complimented with banana chips. drinks - kamboocha (5star) a new healthy drink with a pungent red wine type after taste, new life(5 star) a good blend of orange, beet root, carrot and ginger. main course included - mezze bowl (5 star)- a medeterian bowl with humus, hung curd, falafel and millets. sacred earth bowl(4star) - a thai bowl with black noodle, tofu (very good), peanut sauce, saute veggie and more. i star less for sacred earth bowl as i felt that black noodle was slighted more blend with no recognizable taste. in all wonderful experience, must try place. will be visiting again.
