ribs, & more ribs please. the best bbq ribs! the brisket is wonderful as well. my kids & wife love the smoked bbq chicken, but we all end up favoring the ribs. great place. live music on some nights, and they have a nice open patio, with fans! really nice, clean place. cold cheap beer-coldest you will find in burleson for sure! go try the ribs! we are tomorrow!

not only is the food awesome the service is amazing. by far my favorite bbq!!!!! the quality of the food is outstanding, it's unbelievable what all you get for such a low price! i recommend roscoe's to all my friends.

best bbq in burleson. we stopped in on a thursday night for some bbq and a few cold brews - after checking out the menu the wife and i split the moo-oink-en plate. ($10.99) the combo came with sliced brisket, ribs, pulled pork, smoked chicken, and smoked sausage - plenty of bbq for 2 to share. all the meats were good but i thought the pulled pork, ribs, and smoked sausage was outstanding - my wife really liked the chicken and brisket. good side too - all made fresh on site and they tasted like it.

roscoe's also has a nice bar area with a great covered patio. the bar draws a good happy hour crowd on thursdays and fridays when they have live music. ($2.25 18 oz. schooners of draft beer every day )

cheap schooners of icy cold beer, great bbq, and texas music - what more could any texan want??

the meat had a good flavor. sweet potato fries were increadible. the other side items were so so. the manager was really friendly. will be going back.

the 5 meat plate ($10.99) was a great deal. brisket was tender and flavorful although a little fatty. ribs had a good smokey flavor and were tender. smoked sausage was very good as was the chicken. the pulled pork was probably their best meat. some of the folks behind the counter had previously work at north main in euless and it showed in the quality of their meats. if you like their bbq you'll like this place too. potato salad and slaw were good although nothing spectacular. the meal was a good value and would fill most people. the sauce was spicy and went well with all the meat.

cafeteria quality bar-b-q. probably the worst chopped beef i've ever eaten. wasn't even freshly chopped, they scooped it out of the steam table with an ice cream scoop! ( i've been eating bbq for over 40 years from memphis to south carolina and now texas.) was hoping to finally have a nice bbq place in burleson. sandwich was small for the price and sides were nothing special. $7 for a sandwich and fries. looks like most people were there after work for the cheap cold draft beer. probably won't eat there again.
