i was in rorys a few weeks ago on a friday night and i was sitting at the bar. it was very crowded, every table was full and there were a ton of people gathered around the bar. i mean this place was rockin! the two bar tenders were slinging drinks around having a good time, the servers were all running around dodging customers and deliveringfoodto the masses. i remember looking into the kitchen, probably one of the smallest kitchens i have ever seen i might add, and these two cooks were just putting outfoodleft and right. it looked like they must have had twenty tickets on the line and another ten hanging from the printer and they both had the biggest smiles on thier faces and were working together as a finely tuned oiled machine! the bar was that busy for at least a 3.5 hour span. needless to say being that busy thefoodwas terrific, the service was great and everyone that worked there seemed to be genuinely happy and having a good time taking care of the packed house. i just want to commend all of the staff and especially the two cooks for putting out such a good product in such a timely manner when it was so crowded in there. superb!!!
