what a rip-off! what they serve and what they show on their menu are poles apart in quantity.
excited to haveicecream rolls after a long time, we checked this place out. they had some delicious looking pictures on their walls with cool names. we were impressed. then we looked at the menu. good pics there too. we were already sold. we decided to go for "death by chocolate scrolls" which, as per the picture on the menu, was supposed to be multi-layered chocolate ice-cream rolls drenched in cake, chocolate dressing, chocolate chips and cookies. the pic made it look as though we would need two adults to finish the whole thing. i and my daughter merrily accepted our fate and were prepared to die by chocolate!
however, what was delivered was a lame excuse for anicecream, with a teaspoon of cake crumbs and half a spoon of chocolate chips. it was not enough for my 10 yr old let alone two people!
of course i confronted them as to why the dish doesn't look anything like the one in the picture. i was very objectively told that they have changed it. then why is it still there on the menu? of course to rip people off!
had it not been my daughter's birthday, i would have thrown the whole thing in their face and asked for a refund.
i do not understand why people don't want to do honest business. no wonder so many of them go down the crapper. they need to understand that at the end, the client prevails. at the end, only good, clean intentions prevail.
