better than most. i remember it when it was a bikerbarcalled the telstar. that was a lifetime ago. it's a neighborhood place now. it's pretty clean, as far as lakewood bars go, and the service is attentive. the food is actually pretty goodbarfood. as good in some respects as places with so called high brow reputations, like deegan's. i don't eat taco's, but my wife and son say they're pretty good. i've had the friday fish fry and it was good. it's a nice place to get simple "pub grub". no frills or unnecessary "tremont" inspired menus. basic stuff that is good. i give it a thumbs up.
