rincon cubano, country club blvd., cape coral, fl. here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter.
the food. they have a daily special. so that's what i order. a shredded beef in a sauce, black beans, rice, and a tamale. if i am not familiar with a cuisine i go with a daily special or a server recommendation.
i have come to the conclusion cuban food is mild to flavorless. perfect for floridians. since i always must add hot sauce. it tasted fine just shredded beef in a tomato base. beans and rice just cooked in water. tamale was different just ok. espresso coffee was strong and sweet. service was good, a lot of take out going on.
if you are inclined for this fare go for it.

bad service. the food was really good, but the service needs a lot of work. maybe the servers need some training on customer service.their phone etiquette is another major issue. i would eat the food again but i will not dine in.

the real deal. lived in miami. lived in key west. this is the real deal for cuban on the cape!. cozy, super clean, affordable and friendly and oh so tasty!

yummy!!. my hubby and i love going there for dinner! they always have great food and anywhere that i spend less than $30.00 for two is high on my repeat list. all there dishes have great flavor and they even have a "cantina" (take home) menu.

heading back. we learned about this place and ate dinner here last february twice. great pork, loved the food. we're heading back there this month and will eat at el rincon often.

poor quality. been going there for a while and everytime it has gotten worst in quality of food and also, if you dont eat it in 3 mins it is cold, service poor. what a shame it use to be my favorite. no longer go there.

awesome!!!! don't judge the book by it's cover on this one excellent authentic cuban food very fiendly everyone knows everyone atmosphere. regulars even have their own seats.....gr8 place

absolutely the best cuban food that i've ever eaten ! i had the steak last night and the wife had the pork, delicious and well priced for the size of the servings ! thinking of going back tonight :)

i had to wait 30 minutes for my food and when it arrived it had not flavor and my steak was cold.
