this is another go to restaurant for me if i don't feel like cooking all their portion sizes of all the items that i've gotten that covers most of the items on the menu all have been almost too much for me to eat i usually get what is non authentic mexican it is called a chimichanga. i bring it home put some more sour cream on it and salsa and it is the best thing i've ever eaten.

decent mexican carry-out is hard to come by in oregon, but i really like this place. if there was even a little heat to any of their food, i'd give them a full 5.0, but that doesn't seem to be what people like around here, so i get why they have mellowed out mexican food compared to other places i've lived.

they changed. this place used be like a roach coach in the way of bsing dirty inside and out but recently they put in tv's for menus and gave the place a paint job and the food doesn't taste like the greasy goodness i used to get from there. also there green sauce isn't as good as it used to be and it's kinda spicy now.

never eat there!. i ordered a vegi burrito in the drive thru, drove 5 miles back to work, sat down at my desk for a 30 min lunch break, took a bite and realized immediately that it was a steak burrito! i drove back to the queen/pacific blvd location, brought the burrito inside and was met by a rude woman. i explained the situation in hopes she would offer to make it right (considering it took me 15 mins to return). she said "do you want a burrito or your money?", as she headed towards the cash register. i asked if a steak burrito was the same price as a vegi burrito. she said "yes". really?!?! she made no attempt to make anything right. i will not recommend this place to anyone! in fact, i will do the opposite and suggest people go to taco bell across the street.

pricey but good. call me spoiled, i'm used to getting good mexican food for real cheap in arizona but this does the trick if you're willing to spend an extra few $$$. it's cheaper than a flight to phoenix so i guess i shouldn't complain too hard.

veggie burrito. friendly staff and great food for an excellent price...their salsa bar is really good.. oh i just really like this place....the atmosphere is not that great and i wish they served alcohol. the food, price and service is great!

food is great... but wasn't dairy queen was article circle grew up here!

what is there not to like??? everything is great. priced right big portions and like 8 diff salsas and other free sides chilled. always clean. love it.

ouch, mi dinero!. dropped by rigoburtos this morning for some breakfast with my sister. glancing at the menu board i immediately noticed that there has been a $.25-$.75 price hike on each menu item; pushing the limits of the value/price ratio in my personal opinion. we ordered up a carne asada french fry and a chicken nacho. each item was around $8 bucks which is getting a little hefty for “cheap” mexican places. the food was good as always but the prices are starting to scare me a little.

can i get a to go box?. i spent a little bit of time in arizona a few summers back and while i was down there i fell in love with the mexican food found in the local taco trucks. rigoburtos is the closest thing i have found to those four-wheeled palaces of south of the border goodness. i find rigoburtos is the closest thing in this town to authentic everyday mexican food. none of the flashy festival type dishes you will find in pricy sit down places here. the carne asada tacos, beef tongue tacos, fish tacos, and wide variety of "giant" burritos are fantastic. on the un-authentic side of the menu, the carne asada french fries will have you asking for a take home box. one thing i love is the little condiment bar packed out with salsa, radishes, pickled carrots, green onions, cilantro, lime wedges, and several other little additives that are sure to make your great meal even better. the drive through is open 24/7 which makes it one of albanys few places to get food at 2, 3, or 4 in the morning if you are so inclined.

what else can i say?. other's have done very well covering the basics here. tonight i had a basic crisp chicken taco and a medium horchata for $4.80. just right for my light appetite tonight. the taco is small but not tiny with lettuce, cheese & moist flavorful chicken along with a minimum of obligatory grease. i should mention i walked here and such this was served on a small styrofoam tray not wrapped as i am use to getting in drive thru. the horchata is a bit sweeter then what is served downtown and it almost seems thicker but quite refreshing all the same.
since i haven't been inside in a while i immediately noticed the place got some updates in side with all new booths in place. that and the "salad bar" (aka: condiments) have been moved over to the nook in the wall. all of the fixens previously mentioned are present and tasty! i believe the dark red sause to be mole.
the staff is friendly though may be curt at lunch hour. the drive thru is 24 hour but i am not sure about the dinning room. i really ought to walk here more often.

so fresh! open 24 hours.. this taco shop is by far the best. everything, whether it is or not, tastes homemade. prices are super affordable. the menu is vast and has you coming back to try each and every dish. on my first visit, i dared to try the cabeza (head) taco for $2.50. you can wikipedia "cabeza" to see what it all about or just come and try it. so delicious! the meat was moist and succulent, piled high on 2 warm corn tortillas and topped with onion & cilantro. there was enough filling to split between the 2 tortillas, so you practically get 2 tacos for the price of one. there are also other rare choices llke tripa (stomach) and lingua (tongue), both awesome. inside, you also get the luxury of a condiment bar, packed with lime wedges, radishes, cucumber, escabeche, green onion, and 3 mystery salsas: green, red, and dark red (perhaps chipotle?). the staff was very friendly and the preparation was fast. the dining area was clean and was very quiet since most customers use the drive-thru.

awful!!. my family has heard from a few different people that the cashier does not give the right change out, we didn't let this change our mind about going here until they tried to rip us off over twenty dollars for two lousy burritos. make sure and have them count out your change or else they will pocket it!!!

not bad.. rigoberto's is in an old dairy queen building on hwy 99 in west albany. there's a small dining area inside but it's set up mostly as a drive through place. the restroom is precariously positioned outside and access requires walking through the drive-thru vehicle lane. (the bulb in there takes a while to illuminate, so be patient, or rely on mussel memory for accuracy. your call.)

i had their fish taco plate ($7) that came with beans and rice. carol had one carne asada and one lengua taco. ($2.49 ea.) they have a well stocked condiment bar; radishes, cilantro, pickled carrots, roasted chilies, cucumbers, lime wedges and salsas to satisfy any taste.

carol liked both her tacos, but thought the lengua (beef tongue) was especially good. my fish tacos were loaded and very good. all tacos were double wrapped with big 6" hot corn tortillas.

it's pretty good, pretty authentic mexican food for cheap!

really tasty mexican food. if you try the nachos supreme they are sooo good! also the folded carnita taco is just awesome so much flavor.and the pork carnita burrito is very good also .try their green sauce on anything you order it is really good.give this place a try their food is made up fresh and truly do a great job and for the price you cannot beat it!!!if you have been to mexico i think you will know what i mean so go and enjoy
