i've come here to work and eat on a few occasions. thecoffeeis pretty good, the layout of the space is great, the parking is tight, but it works... my main complaint is the food, it's not consistent. i've had the cuban sandwich 4 times and each times it's been different. once it was cold but had toasted bread and unmelted cheese. another time it was nice and warm and perfect. once it had ham and turkey, should only have ham, while another time it didn't have the spicy mustard or pickles, just had meat and cheese. i will probably just stick with the pastries because those seem to be pretty consistently good.

great folks, great food, great coffee. love that smyrna has the bestcoffeehouse around. the folks at rev definitely take pride in their service. they know their customers and serve everyone with a personal approach. the food is great -- bread fresh, desserts excellent and the healthy options are plentiful. now if folks love the oily finish of starb*cks then they might not appreciate thecoffeeat rev. thiscoffeeis custom roasted and has a velvety almost winey finish. i love good coffee, am a bit of a snob and like what rev is doing with their blends. they have great tea too. try it -- i think you'll like it.

oh, by the way, thiscoffeeshop does a great job of supporting the community. groups are welcomed and encouraged to meet there and rev hosts some terrific art and music events too.

great atmosphere, great decor, ok attitude from employees, but the most important aspect is completely missing --- the coffees is nothing short of horrible and i mean horrible!!! this doesn't make much sense considering the brand and quality is superb but i completely take that back bc it makes prefect sense if you order it black then you will notice that you can see through it much more than a black starbucks coffee!!! uhh, total ly discussing!!! well, that is only of course if know anything at all ab finecoffeeand the way it should taste and judging by other 4 and 5 star reviews on other websites... well sadly, it looks like the majority of the west smyrna population knows absolutely nothing about finecoffeeof normal taste! i mean, rev might as well just serve all their customers folgers! lol! i mean, watered down qualitycoffeeis just as bad if not worse! btw, it's just as cheap for the owner also! i live in west smyrna and all i've got to say is way too go west smyrnians! unfortunately it looks like our east smyrna rivals know way more ab goodcoffeethan we do! if you really want to prove this statement wrong then *please* let the staff & *everyone* you know, that thecoffeeat rev is way too *watered down*! remember that if it weren't for us, then rev would close again so it's really not their rev, it's our rev!!! man, making us look real. stupid while they save money by using less beans on *our* coffee!!!

nick the owner of rev is one of the nicest most genuine people you will ever meet. thecoffeeis incredible, it's definitely not your normal cup ofcoffeeor espresso. nick actively seeks new and better roasters to support in hiscoffeehouse. if you love oatmeal cookies, rev's is one of the best i have ever eaten. i'll just moved from marietta, but i will for sure go back for a mocha and oatmeal cookie when i'm back to visit friends. thanks nick for the amazing experience.

just keeps getting better.. this is one of my few "regular" places, even though it means driving a ways.

greatcoffee(they now have a daily single varietal in addition to the house dancing goats... something that may be lost on my somewhat pedestrian taste forcoffeebut seems to be a nod to folks who really know theircoffeeand enjoy the good stuff) and really nice folks. i also really enjoy the atmosphere and the constantly changing artwork that makes it a great place to relax, have a cup of coffee, read the paper, go online, relax. all in all the new owners have really stepped things up a couple notches (in a very good way) in their first year.

rev, open again!. another "grand opening" today with new owners (husband and wife team). same very nice space, same goodcoffeeat reasonable prices. also had a very nice cranberry muffin. i hope they can keep the place afloat because this is a great option in smyrna for those of us trying to find solid localcoffeeshops to frequent. it was a good sign that there were a lot of folks there that were regulars from the original.

localcoffeehouse!. what a great littlecoffeeshop! nice change of pace from the big chains that're losing the focus oncoffeeand customer service.
i stopped in for a latte and a bagel (yum, cinnamon raisin with peanut butter...). in addition to the very friendly service and perfectcoffee(can't say the same on my recent trips to starbucks...), the atmosphere is extremely comfortable and i even took a little time to look at the great display of photographs of dogs (local photographer i think).
if you're in smyrna and looking to support a local business that appears to be doing everything correctly, try this place!

rev coffee, bestcoffeehouse in town. i had a chance to go to revcoffeein smyrna last weekend. usually, i stick with starbucks because of the enviroment.

not any more...

i found an exciting newcoffeehouse that i can take my laptop and work for free and don't have to pay $40/mo. for hotspot. their price is also great. i had a chance to meet the owner, nick bimmerle and he was very warm and inviting.

a different kinda place. my better half and i went into thecoffeehouse for the first time this past weekend. it had a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff was very friendly and helpful. and all kinds of different classes meet in the shop on certain days, knitting and crocheting, some kind of art too, i think. the posters are on the wall for all to see. good food , not as much as barnes and noble or borders yet, but i'm sure it will grow. we really liked it.
