ordered chicken curry. the chicken tasted undercooked and the gravy was bland, no spices nothing. tried calling therestaurantgot a reply that they will replace the order nothing was done.
never expected this from such a leading restaurant

best familyrestaurantin patiala. perfect ambience, gives home vibe . friendly staff. everything tastes just perfect , though new items can be added to the menu . 💕

order placed at 6.58 pm;restauranttakes 90 minutes to start preparation and that too after repeated phone calls.. never order through zomato on garden restaurant.. pathetic and i mean it .. pathetic time management .. got order after 1 hour 40 minutes and no compensation awarded for such late services

* it is one of the oldest & fine diningrestaurantin the city.
* as the name suggests, it is having a large garden in the front & outdoor space in the backyard for small gatherings.
* the indoor ambience is so romantic with a touch of royalty.
* the waiters are so polite & the service is superb.
* their food is to die for especially the sizzlers, fried fish, cutlets, mutton curry etc.
* they have a well equipped bar having a wide variety of single malts & cocktails.
* we have ordered talisker (60ml) on the rocks & it was superb.

very bad murg musallam, keema was rubbery, unable to chew that. so we called atrestaurantand mr kuldeep’s attitude and response was very unruly, rude and unprofessional. spoiled our mood and dinner. he said as you have ordered thru zomato, better talk to them and next time get food directly from us. since you have ordered through zomato, now bear with it and it’s better if you dine inrestaurantinstead of ordering food online.
so we are bound to avoid zomato in future as hotels are delivering bad food and shifting liability to zomato.

one of the oldestrestaurantof patiala,
i’ve been here too many times.
it’s one of my parents favourite place for indian food.
something i love about the place is simple and unique decor, good food and friendly staff 😋

worst staff .. no etiquette.. doesn’t seems to be waiter. they don’t know about serving food.

one of the finerestaurantto dine in with your family and friends. they have got both options either you could enjoy your meal in their interior sitting place or in their garden. the place is maintained properly as per the cleanliness is concerned. i had murgh afganhi chicken, which was freshly cooked and served with some chutneys and salad. the chicken was prefectly and presented to us. i also had chilli chicken which was bit too salty but the chicken was soft and fresh. the tandoori roti was soft and the laccha prantha wasn't upto the mark. we ordered chilly chicken which wasn't upto the mark.

the garden resort has a unique vibe to it... an ideal location to have a family dinner or host a formal party as it has a separate hall👍🏻

crowd here is pretty refined... therestaurantitself has a beautiful interior😍 staff is quite professional and cooperative... they have also maintained superior cleanliness standards throughout!

food is very well prepared with superior quality😋
indian food here is a must try...!

garden resort is a perfect family restaurant. if you really looking up for a dine-inrestaurantin the royal city then garden resort stands at one.from all the quick nibbles to main course everything is a delight. only black spot is the slow service. with the soft lights it provides you with very comfortable ambience. my personal favourite from this place is murgh mussullum.
murgh musullum is so good as a main course or a daytime binge. it’s a exotic combination of tandoori chicken and a keema spread nicely over spice flavoured rice. mushy chicken and rice with the blend of many spicy flavours mixes so well in mouth. definitely a must try for all non vegetarians ❤️

thisrestaurantserves the best biryani ‘murg musalam ’ in patiala or i can say the best biryani i have ever eaten. on top of chicken briyani there’s a layer of chicken keema which makes it simply amazing and chicken is also very well cooked.
a must try dish in patiala.

so far the best familyrestaurantfor lunch n dinner. food is amazing here 👌and the bar too you can enjoy your fav drink with very nominal pricing .
you can sit outside in the garden too in winters if you love the sun 👍
