great restaurant, yummy fish & chips. i love this place. it's a great place to eat in fountain square. the food is great. i've never had anything bad there. the soups are good and my favorite is the fish & chips. delicious!

the house of yum!!. the red lion grog has become one of mine and my hubby's favorite place to eat. the atmosphere is great, the staff is pleasant and the food is delicious! i highly recommend the fish sandwich and the fried pickles. it is a great addition to the city!

this week we went to red lion grog house in fountain square. according to our waiter, they have only been in business for a little over a month. the red lion promised the " very best in ole' english cuisine," and i'm happy to say i wasn't disappointed. as

great pub in a fun neighborhood.. great place to stop in and eat a good meal. friendly staff, very efficient and good service. very nice atmosphere, too. delicious fish and chips. i can't wait to go back!

upon entering, you notice how clean and new everything is. rich red-brown walls, beautiful hardwood floors, a dark tin ceiling, and at least 5 flat screens. the restaurant has a long narrow shape, is well arranged, and has a nice, albeit, alcohol-free bar

good place. went there on sunday, and it was excellent. had the loaded baked potatoe soup and a very interesting and good blakened ahi sandwich. plans for beer after 4/15 sound great. a couple of sun king beers on tap as well as one from upland. also stella, newcastle, and many others, all on tap. should be a really fun new place.

excellent food and great service!. my husband daughter and i ate at the red lion on valentines day and we received superb service from the time we entered the restaurant. the food was very fresh and you can tell it is all hand made and prepared to order. the price was reasonable for the three of us and it was a very quiet and intimate spot for valentines day but i can definitely say that i will be having a company luncheon here very soon!! i strongly recommend to eat here, no matter what you are in the mood for!

great food along with great people!. i went to the red lion grog house on one of it's opening nights and it far exceeded my expectations! upon being greeted, the owners (wally and sara) make you feel right at home at this comfy english pub.

the food was amazing! we got wings as an appetizer... which, in my opinion, are better than any bw3's or hooters wings you can find. my boyfriend got the chicken pot pie, which to this day he still talks about. and i got the chicken 'n chips which was also incredible. seeing as how much of a picky eater i am, that takes alot for me to say that something is incredible.

the waiter we had was so friendly, prompt, and informed us of what the area has to offer.

i would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting something besides the everyday boring food that every restaurant has. this was my first english experience, and it definitely won't be my last! it is located in a nice area in fountain square.
