just don't....really....
to say that theservicewas bad would be giving them too much credit. 40 minutes into waiting for our food and not seeing our waitress, i spoke to the hostess and let her know that we could no longer wait but would like to take our food to go. she said that she would speak to the kitchen people and get our food bagged up. a few more minutes go by and nothing. i asked her again how long it would take and she said that they had just placed the order? she said she would check and spoke with her "manager" about the situation. manager fantastic gave her some info i guess to deliver to us. she told us that we would not be able to have the half price sushi due to us carrying the food out of the building. no apologies, nothing in the way of a conversation or a discussion nothing. oh, forgot that when we asked to pay for the lemonade for my daughter and my beverage they said that was on them. that's a great way to make a customer feel appreciated, ignore them, treat them poorly, give them multiple stories and them reward them with a free lemonade!! oh thank you bowl of brown, you and your staff are the best! can't wait to come back!!
