you have to check thisplaceout. the baristas are incredibly friendly and the drinks and creeps are fantastic. i had the highlander crepe, and i will definitely be back. it's a great brunch stop, even if you aren't big on breakfast.

thisplacehas quickly become one of our favorite low-key places for breakfast/ brunch/ coffee. the menu is light and fresh. the best part is that the same dish is offered multiple ways i.e. as a wrap, crepe, just a platter scramble, or salad. their coffee offerings are great as well. definitely a hidden gem in the city.

there are three kind of places: the ones that look good but serve bad good, the ones that look okay but serve amazing food, and the ones that look good and serve good food too! the red bicycle falls in the last category. after watching a really bad movie, which ate into our lunch time, we wanted some good food. we found thisplaceand it looked quirky and nice. i was excited. we stepped in toplaceour order. they have seating areas both inside and outside.

we ordered 3 sweet and 2 savory crepes. although the crepes where not as crispy as i would have preferred them to be, they were definitely very tasty! i had the nutella crepe with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and that tasted really good! the savory crepes were nice too.

the food is reasonably priced and you could easily spend a couple of hours here. i recommend!

breakfast is probably my favorite meal. if i could have breakfast for dinner every night of the week, i just might. when i heard that there was a new crepeplacein germantown that served savory and sweet crepes, i knew i had to try it. steve, rebecca and i went one saturday morning after we finished the purity diary dash 10k. i was hungry and ready to eat some breakfast! the restaurant itself is really cute. it's located in what once was the cocoa tree (r.i.p.) and i was pretty amazed at how open theplacefelt. the cocoa tree was tight with limited seating, but red bicycle is open and has lots of places to park your tush. it has a calm, laid back coffee house feel. i dig it.
