taste was good. it was hot. i asked to apply ghee on 2 idlis for kid but they did not. was disappointed. coz normally many hotels did it. so.

i don't like pongal rate is too high but quantities very low not worth for money please don't order hygiene is good but too much low quantity

dosa wasn't good at all.. it was so dry and burnt. you've mentioned that it's a special dosa. tbh, it's not. waste of buying it. refund my money.

the amount paid for ghee idli is way to high to for the quantity of sambar they provided does not seems ratna cafe signature portion of sambar

i ordered sambar idly it cost 80+80 = 160 they send normal idly with less sambar send chutney 😡😡😡😡 its cost 55+55 = 110 i lost 50rs

the quantity of the sambar is really low. not worth for 45 rupees plus taxes.
