rasoi - the train restaurant

it's a goodrestaurantfor families and couples. good clean ambience unlike most of the restaurants in ajmer with very attentive and friendly staff. the menu is vegetarian only which was a bit disappointing but the taste made up for it. white sauce pasta is a must try. didn't like the pav bhaji. overall, happy with the experience :)

over hyped because when you go on the ratings and reviews it looks a promising place to have a perfect dinner but once i reach here it's just a ordinary place and nothing as a great ambiance or atmosphere


nonsense service yes the management looks confused on any questions or they just keep thinking what to say and just wonder if there are dreaming

taste less food when you have a great expectations and hope to have a wonderful time specially if you are a foodie the this is not the place for you.paneer cigar if i even get a chance to meet the person created this shit i would like to have him a plate in front of me and i challenge he could not finish it

pav bhaji was a shit,dal makhani was a super shit only the chur chur naan was some what eatable

over price yes 495 + taxes for a chur chur naan is a example rest you can check the menu offcourse taste is above any price but what if you have a tasteless affair with ther food

unfriendly staff you will witness super slow service and end up calling the person serving your table almost every time as they will give stupid excuses as kitchen is busy there are other orders also patience will be sucideical at therestaurant

never expected this kind of service from rasoi. order veg cheese burger. didn’t get fries n dip n order was delayed fromrestaurantend n packaging was also bad.

i ordered chinese sizzler which i my favourite due to the quality of food provided byrestauranthowever this time the food was tasteless as well as the quantity of food was also reduced. the cherry on the cake was that we ordered the food for our guests saying this is the best chinese sizzler but we got nothing else than disappointment

rasoi has been one of the nicest familyrestaurantin ajmer for years. it is the safest option if you are confused in picking a place to go to.
staff is nice and attain very well, ambience is good, place is clean and hygienic, ample of options for vegetarians. overall a good place to have a nice family dinner.

i already told torestaurantperson on call and also give the instructions that food not to be so much spicy so that children can also enjoy the food but they don't care about it it's very bad experience i never recommend any other to go here.

food was great. the theme of therestaurantis unique. well behaved staff. courteous. the chur chur naan was great. overall an excellent place.

it is a uniquerestaurantwith trains as its theme which is quite amazing experience of having dine in a train.
along with the ambience, the food here is also very sumptuous.
its paneer specialty is delicious, boondi raita was also very good along with dal tadka.
and the garlic naan was just amazing.

ambiance is at it's best. you are greeted by a person on ground floor in lift which directly takes you to the restaurant. beside every table a big lloyd screen is attached. you get a feel of dining in a railway coach which is what the name of therestaurantresembles.

now let's talk about food. you are served a welcome drink. everyday one item is special which was bharwan makai tamatar for today. one other vegetable is served. dal bati and churma laddoo, kadhi, roti and papad.

khichdi or bajra kheech should have been there with kadhi. namkeen items are missing. thali is somewhat disappointing.

if you are looking for good hygienicrestaurantwith good food in ajmer you are welcome. however if you are looking for an authentic rajasthani style food experience i won't recommend this restaurant.
