the staff is very rude and they always claim shortage of staff have been visiting thisplacefor a long but this would be a last one as theplacehas degraded the service and everything possible.

to start with, the staff is very ill mannered, disrespectful, dishes were unclean, the service was slow and bad, the drinks we ordered had dead insects in it, staff behavior was very disheartening. even 1 star seems more. felt like theplaceis being run by people who have least interest in serving people.

very poor service of staff who ever is on duty on 6-10-2021.
we dont get good service as we ordered garlic naan crispy and thin they gave us very soggy and burnt and no one is there to lisen we have to get up to ask for water bottle.
we would never ever prefer comming thisplaceagain.

extremely poor service. came here to celebrate my parent's 29th anniversary and the service was way below average. the waiters were not listening to us and we're literally passing us by. we were asked if we wanted more beer and we said no, 5 mins later we asked for another to which the waiter said that since we said no before we can't get more! at the same time, they were serving beer on other tables. this shows clear disrespect for guests and quite embarrassing to say the least. the staff was extremely rude and the food was average. while the restaurant is very popular in the city, i would say it's better to spend your money elsewhere and celebrate with your loved ones at aplacewhere the service is atleast decent. extremely disappointed and will never be coming here or recommending anyone either!

this is one of my fav places to go. great ambience and good food. my favourite is chicken dum biryani. though i feel few dishes on menu are bit high price. but it is a greatplaceoverall.

we visited thisplacewith family with very high expectations which were shattered by quality of service ;
- they serve you mineral water without any glasses
- service is delayed by 30-40 min
- not a decent staff
- music is too loud

it felt lime we were having dinner at a dhaba... even dhaba would be better

my review is only for dining area (1st floor)

1. ambience is fine.👍. my expectations for thisplacewas too high but expectations crashed😏😑 ... seats arrangement were not at all good 👎as compared with #theurbansocialite

2. quality is food is "ok" 👍many told me that ranjeet's butter chicken 🍗is best but i found just normal taste like any other restraunt , i tried chicken tikka also that was good😋.. there is no tava (plain) chapati👎..

3. service 👎is very slow 🕴️, staffs are professional but lazy staff

4. average billing 💵

5. paid parking 🚗🏍️

6. ac | music 🎶

7. hygienic 👍

seriously my expectation for thisplacewas much high but at the end it's better to visit other places rather this one ...

good food and amazing view of the lake. the staff is friendly. probably a greatplaceto visit with family or a date. evening is the best time to visit.

ranjit is one of my favoriteplaceto have a peaceful dinner.
i have never had any bad experiences with this place. i love everything about it...
* their service, hospitality and politeness
* they serve delicious food with their special aroma fragnance.
* you can also have drinks (alcohol), special drinks for special occasions
* they will never let you feel low, they also have classic gazal singers, who are always pleased to entertain us.

over all i love everything about ranjit.
again it's my top favorite :)

the hotel is on the upper lake. i frequently visit high spirits , the rooftop bar. it's the coolestplacein bhopal i think. awesome ambience , friendly staff , tasty food . the rooftop ambience is excellent.

the rooftop cafe with full lakeview is fantastic! the seats are arranged in a way where you can have some privacy and just enjoy the food/view. theplaceis mid budget and the staff is polite but they have strict policy of not serving food from the ground floor restaurant to the rooftop cafe, we wanted that because the rooftop menu is ideal only for "beer and chakhna" scenes and not for proper dinner. the music was good, and you can ideally hang around till midnight with your pitcher.

my go toplacewhenever i come visit my hometown.
open till late night, they said they take orders till 11.
we entered at around 10:45 ,but they very politely took orders and entertained us till late. the staff is highly professional and polite.
thisplacenever fails to surprise us with their amazing food. on my last visit which was around 4 days back, we ordered hara bhara kebab,chicken tawa (little below par) and chicken 65 for starters.
main course had bhuna mutton, aloo gobhi (probably the best i have had till date),daal tadka (cooked to perfection), jeera rice ,tawa rotis and lime soda.
i highly recommend this place.
