i spoke personally to the staff at reception and give some instructions. served very well. very happy.

the staff is very rude and they always claim shortage of staff have been visiting this place for a long but this would be a last one as the place has degraded the service and everything possible.

the manager at the hotel need to be more vigilant and check the order before dispatch. wrong item delivered.

to start with, the staff is very ill mannered, disrespectful, dishes were unclean, the service was slow and bad, the drinks we ordered had dead insects in it, staff behavior was very disheartening. even 1 star seems more. felt like the place is being run by people who have least interest in serving people.

pieces are two big,use small chicken.and it should not be roasted (chicken pieces).

food is good, they had a live performance by a singer but the washroom wasn't clean which is actually not the hotel's fault as guests are equally responsible for washroom etiquettee

very poor service of staff who ever is on duty on 6-10-2021.
we dont get good service as we ordered garlic naan crispy and thin they gave us very soggy and burnt and no one is there to lisen we have to get up to ask for water bottle.
we would never ever prefer comming this place again.
