worst service ever. we ordered 11rotis while we got only 1 roti.when we politely called and said manager was very rude and kept our phone on hold for long time then disconnected.we waited half an hour then we went to restaurant. one of their staff accepted it was their mistake. but manager was very rude . we gave extra charges for delivery on zomato . even that was hotels mistake we had to go and take our remainingorderfrom hotel. manager denied to do delivery again.

pathetic taste and third class services.

we were 10 people and we placedorderat 9:00 pm and they served us at 10:00 pm, and taste of food was pathetic.

i mean seriously, i have dined here a several times and liked the food there that's why i ordered online but turns out they are just running a pretty little scam by providing poor quality food through zomato. so disappointed. didn't received any disposables cutlery nor a single piece of tissue. no salt no pepper. atleast you could've used a small dibbi for the gulab jamun so that it could be safely delivered without getting mashed up with sabji and dal and all.
low quality food after paying a substantial amount for 1 serving. i won't suggest anyone to make further orders from here online. either directly visit there ororderfrom some really good restaurants like the newly big bowl of happiness or suruchi or grace foods.

iorder biryani online , i can say surely that i just ate the worst biryani ever. rrice is not long grain. biryani looks like boiled yellow rice with vegetables . i suugest u dont give the taste of biryani plz change menu like yellow vegetables rice'

taste of the food is used to be good, but there service is poor. if youorderonline then they will increase your time in a slot of 15 minutes. that is why i am giving 1 star for their service

i am struggling to find good things to write about this restaurant. my first issue, if you have put something on the menu, please ensure that at least your manager knows what you put in it. we struggled toordersomething very simple like lemon and corriander soup, as manager didn't know whether they serve water base or cream/cornflour base. after our detailed explanation, they still managed to get it wrong. to talk about the taste of the soup, it was not appetising. will not recommend it at all. then we ordered dal makhni, mix veg and naan for our main course. both the dal and mix veg were forgettable. naan was a bit burnt. the only good thing about the whole dinner was the mouth freshner 'sukha paan' they serve at the end of the dinner. will not recommend it for indian food at least.

they use maida instead of flour (atta), for making rotis... its really harmful for health..
i ordered twice maharani thali.. it felt me like hell to chew roti coz its made up of maida.
i will neverorderfron there.

staff of this restaurant is very rude. they just don't have basic etiquette to greet the guest and take the order. they mixed up theordercompletely as they haven't listened ourordercarefully.

i ordered soup in my thali but there was no soup ..overall food was stale and bad in taste ..also they took more than an hour to prepare it..not going toorderit again

finally a place where i can get my all time fav indian and chinese dishes, i alwaysorderfrom this place and i always get the taste my tongue awaits. pure veg is one of the best characteristic of this restaurant because you can enjoy this place even in festival seasons as well, without onion and without garlic. kudos for great packaging. would recommend everybody to come to this restaurant and enjoy the delicious food as well the ambience here. good luck guys, keep up the good work :)
