great place. we had a get together at puerto gallego. the food was delicious. my wife had the mahi-mahi with a scampi sauce which i tasted and was tender and fresh. for appetizers we ordered the tostones relleno con camarones (green plantains stuffed with shrimp creole sauce) it was dynamite. i ordered the paella, which was freshly made, more than enough for two people and loaded with seafood brought on the traditional paella dish which it was cooked on. my kids had the chicken fingers, these were not ordinary chicken fingers they were made there, not processed chicken it was like sliced chicken breast, well seasoned, and fried with crackermeal, juicy, and tasty, served with a side of fries. the margaritas were very good and the beer was ice cold. it had a humble atmosphere with a casual decor. the night we went they had karaoke, which i hear they will have every friday night, the karaoke dj was hilarious and we sang some tunes as well, so if you don't have anywhere to go i suggest you visit. saturdays they have flamenco so i will be back to see that show. yes i will beeatingthere more often it is a great place.
